Chapter 7

The next day when everyone began to wake up none of them paid any mind to Hiccup as they were getting their stuff packed up to continue escorting the man to his island. When Hiccup woke up though he felt an indescribable urge to go find some shade so using some scrap he had laying in his bag he made himself goggles to block some of the sunlight using welding lenses. He stretched out before looking at everyone. "Alright gang, time to pack up and get moving." Said Hiccup as he got on Toothless with Elsa hopping on with him. "Hey Elsa, if you'd like you can ride with me and Hookfang instead." Offered Snotlout. "Yeah sure, I'll do that when you feed Hookfang a bucket of eels and he eats them." Said Elsa as she and Hiccup took off to the air before any of them had time to even mention Hiccup's new hair coloration. "Speaking of riding, on the next island we stop at would you like me to help you find a dragon to bond with?" Asked Hiccup as he felt the calmest he'd been in weeks around her. "Uhm actually Hiccup, there's something I think you should see but I need to show you alone so maybe once we land you and I can sneak off?" Asked Elsa. "Uh sure thing." He said as he wasn't sure what she wanted him to see.

Meanwhile a short distance behind them the rest of the gang were chatting. "Guys did you see Hiccup's hair?" Asked Fishlegs. "Yes, I know, he has terrible bag head and bed head, he really should try using fish oil to make it cooperative." Said Ruffnut. "What no, his hair was White and Black, almost like it had changed over night or something." Said Fishlegs. "Now that you mention it I did hear someone sleep talking last night, but I ignored it." Said Snotlout which came as no surprise to the others. They continued chatting when Astrid spotted something. "Guys shut up!" She snapped as she pulled out one of Hiccup's earliest inventions and looked at what she thought she saw. "What is it Astrid?" Asked Fishlegs. "It looks like a ship, it appears to be manned but they are all unconscious and the ship is smoking like fire or acid." She said quickly. "I'll go yell Hiccup." Said Fishlegs as he and Meatlug sped up to inform their leader of the situation

Meanwhile elsewhere a large bulky man was walking into a dragon skin tent. "Viggo we just received a Terrible Terror saying that the supply ship containing the lord of dark and the lady of light was ransacked and destroyed, the two elder dragons escaped, and worst of all our outpost on the deserted island has been reported as demolished." Said the bulky man. "And what if our prisoner who we had stashed away in that mine maze?" Asked Viggo. "Gone, whoever destroyed our research outpost found and rescued the girl as well." Said Ryker. "I see, well dear brother, it's a good thing my other supply ships came through." He said calmly as he gestured his brother to go into the back room. Ryker gladly went back there to see why his brother was so calm, he got his answer though as he saw a girl, a boy, and two hybrid dragons in cages. "Viggo, what are those two species?" Asked Ryker. "I am not entirely sure, but the female one appears to have lots of similarities to that of a Skrill and a Nightfury so I've decided to call it a Skrillfury, as for the other one I am not sure, I feel like it's the same but it looks the complete opposite of that female one." Said Viggo as he was studying a interesting map he'd pulled off the boy and a book he'd taken from the girl.
