      I walk into the thrift shop and there's so many beautiful trinkets and things for my future room, as much as I like the bed that dame with my room it needs to be switched out.
      I walk along the isles and come across the furniture section of the shop, there's this beautiful white wooden carved bed frame. That's it, it's decided I'll get it, it's to much of a loss to leave it here and not take it with me.
As I look around for a worker one comes up to me,

      "Ma'am are you lookin to buy it?" He asks curiously a hint of a southern accent coming through

"Uh, yes sir I just don't know how I'd get it home" its true, I don't know how I'll get it home I live across the town near the forest.

      "Well ma'am do you have a friend or someone with a car?" I wish.

"Sadly I do not, me and my friend need to fix up my mother's old car tomorrow"

      "Ma'am we can hold it here for a week as long as you pay today" sounds like a good idea, get the car fixed up and then come back fit my new bed frame.

"I can definitely do that, how much is it?" I look for the wallet mother gave me, with around $550 for a start off in the human world
"The frame is originally priced for $300 but since it's on sale today it's only $235, we can have it up until next friday" seems fair for such a large frame.

"That sounds good, what size is the bed? so I can get a mattress" I doubt the small twin bed would fit in this large frame.
      "It's a King size bed ma'am, I can take you to the front to get checked out if that's all" I decided it was enough shopping at this shop for the day, especially since we still need to go food shopping.
      He takes me to the front of the store and I pay, a pretty simple task humans must be as simple as their inventions.

      I make my way down the street and come across a food market, full of fruits, vegetables and all sorts of other things. I walk down the colorful path and grab a basket to fill, in this market I see people fill the baskets up and take them to the front and then pay, must be the rule.
      I pick up all sorts of fruits like 5 dragon fruit, 10 mango, 2 packs each of strawberries and blueberries, and 13 apples while the veggies I pick up are 6 cucumbers, 3 red and yellow onions, 4 carrots, 6 broccoli, 8 avocado and 14 potatoes.

      I go to the front to pay and the total ended up only being around $35 which is surprising for all the stuff I had gotten. I make my way home and call Les to see if she had any luck getting a job, she did, she got a job at the local Tattoo & Pierce shop as an apprentice.
      I'm very proud that she has found a job she enjoys, and so have I, well, okay... it may be more of an investigation on who the guy is rather than a job but the job is a plus.

      I walk into my new home and make way for the kitchen to put the new food away, the kitchen already had some easy to make foods like pastas, soups, and sandwiches.
      I hear Lesedi open the front door and make her way towards me.

      "I see you went shopping, how much did you spend?" She acts like I was going to splurge on stuff.

"I actually only used $280, $35 on groceries and $235 on a new bed frame for me" I said it quite confidentially considering I don't know how she'll react.

      "Well it's a good thing you didn't use the rest. But let's not use as much until we start working our jobs, we don't wanna splurge and then be left broke" she has a good point, I ask her if she is going to go fix up mothers car, she grabs an apple saying yes with her mouth full while still chewing. Ew.

      It is only around 5pm by the time we got home so I decide to spend time cleaning up and setting up my room, I take off my jacket and a piece of paper falls put.
      Carefully I pick it up and open it, I read the writing on it
'Call me when you see this, princess' with an attached number. I decide to call and figure out who my supposed stalker is, it's ringing, ringing, ringing, still ringing.

      "Hello princess, glad you actually called you're going to need my number for future reference." Oh my new boss

"Yes I'm happy I found it too, I just realized I never got your name?" I don't know how I didn't realize it earlier but I guess it just slipped my mind.

      "Hisirdoux Casperean, but just call me Douxie it's easier" it clicked, this was the young man that visited around a year ago with the wizard merlin, but how is he in this time? Reincarnation? Time travel?

"The young man that was with merlin while visiting Ixcatec?" I had to be 100% sure it was him, not much of an investigation sadly.

      "Ahh so you do recognize me princess, say, what are you doing in the mortal realm trying to work a job at a small coffee shop?" I guess it's a good question to ask.

"I was sent here for my last year before I am Queen Hisirdoux, How and why are you here? Hisirdoux"

      My name rolled off her tounge with ease, I haven't seen her since Merlin needed to get an amulet fixed by Fae royalty and dragged me along for 'the experience'. I won't lie it was an experience I got to meet not only Faes but Fae royalty.

      "Princess I have been in Arcadia for the last 3 months, Merlin was to send me here around this time and I wanted to know why. Also princess wizards take a while to pass" I replied a smirk that I can't seem to get rid of showing up on my face.

"Well Hisirdoux I would like to consider this stars aligning, maybe the future has more planned for us" I gulp I wonder what the future has in store for us. With that she ends the call.

"Douxie who were you talking to?" Shit, Archie, he wasn't asleep?
"Noone Arch, don't worry"
      Hopefully the future is good to us.
