Hunter sat on the porch, strumming the guitar Dale found a while ago on the highway. He was waiting for Carl to be in the clear so he could hang out with his nephew. He was also waiting for another search for Sophia. It was what Carl would want. The door opened and he saw Maggie walking out.

"Nice guitar."

"Dale found it on the highway," Hunter says smiling up at Maggie, "I know it's probably not my place, but Glenn told me about what happened."

Maggie rolls her eyes, "Eleve minutes of my life I'm never getting back."

Hunter chuckles, that might have been the funniest thing he's heard since the world ended. Maggie laughed with him, "He couldn't have been that bad. I mean, come on, eleven minutes is pretty good for someone's first time."

"I don't even know if I like him," Maggie says taking the seat next to him. She liked talking to Hunter, she liked having a friend.

Hunter nods, "It's the end of the world. We don't get to be picky. Glenn's a good guy. I can see you're thinking about it. You should fbe thinking about it. He's been talking my ear off about it since I go back."

Maggie smiles, "Really?"

"Oh, yeah. He likes you, and he'll treat you like a queen, I know he will," Hunter tells her, "And you probably won't get any better than him. Unless you want Shane."

Maggie scrunches her face in disgust, "I'll think about it. With Glenn."

Hunter rests the guitar on the railing before standing up, "You should. I'll see you later, Maggie."

Hunter opened the door to the house and walked into the room Carl was in. Carl turned his head at the sound of the door opening and a smile appeared on his face, "Uncle Hunter!"

"Hey, there little man, how are you feeling?" Hunter asks, making his way to Carl's bedside.

"Better," Carl says. He looked a lot better. It was good seeing Carl awake and talking, "When I'm allowed out of this bed can we make those walkie-talkies?"

"We sure can. I'll make sure to grab some supplies," Hunter ruffles his nephew's hair, "They won't be that good, but we can make it work."

"Awesome," Carl smiles, he winces as he sits up in the bed, "Maybe one day we can rebuild a car like you did with your old car. And you can teach me how to drive."

Hunter smiles as Carl listed things they could do when he's off bed rest, "We'll do all these things someday, I promise. Listen, I gotta get out there. Next time I go on a run I'll bring you back a gift."

"Walker! Walker!" He hears Andrea scream. He quickly ran to his bag and grabbed his knife. "I bet I can nail it from here."

"No, Andrea, if there are more around the sound will draw them here," Hunter told her as he ran over to Rick.

"He's right, put the gun down." Rick agreed.

Hunter ran with some of the group to the fields where the walker was. Rick ran ahead of them and pointed his gun.

But it wasn't a walker, it was Darly coming back from his search. But he had walker ears around his neck. Hunter didn't even want to know why he was wearing it.

"That's the third time you've pointed that thing at my head." Daryl says staring down at Rick, "You gonna pull the trigger or what?"

Rick lowered his gun. There was a sound of a gun firing and Daryl collapsed to the ground. "No! No!" Rick shouts as they ran over to Daryl. Hunter ran to the other side of Daryl as he and Rick lifted Daryl off the ground.
