"Come on its just a game."

I'm on my third drink feeling a bit tipsy. The movie we decided to watch was boring as hell, I nearly fell asleep trying to watch it. We're all in the living room, bored out of our freaking minds. So I suggested a game to play between all of us.

After last nights fiasco with Dino everyone here has been so tense. I'm trying my best to loosen them up, I can't stand that nobody is talking. Dino especially, he's been at the end of couch basically pouting the entire night.

Dawson and him aren't talking and Dex is barely saying a word to him either. Thankfully Knox and Jaye has kept the conversation flowing. Until now.

I get up going to cupboard snatching up the game that will hopefully bring everyone out their silent stupor. This brooding is getting to be awfully annoying.

Stopping before going back to the living room I grab a bottle of whiskey.
If this doesn't do the trick then I don't know what will.

We've already been consuming alcohol tonight but a bit more wouldn't hurt with breaking all of this tension up. I just can't stand the silent treatment anymore.

Kneeling on the floor, I place the game on the table handing Jaye the bottle of whiskey.

It's time to get our game on!

It's a simple game I picked up when I was out shopping with Kayleen. I thought it would be interesting, I love these type of games hopefully the guys will get into it and stop with all this nonsense.

"The game is called Communication it's rather simple, you draw a card and have to answer the question that's on the card. It has a color coordinated spinner, when you land on a color you have to ask the question to the person whose color matches it. If you get the question wrong you have take a shot. See simple." They all look at me like I'm speaking in a different language. Ugh! Men!

"Ok pick your color, then draw a card. Who wants to go first?" Jumping to my feet I go get the shot glasses, thinking it over I decide to grab another bottle of whiskey; just in case.

Back in the living room I squat down at the table, grabbing blue as my color. Eyeing all my mates I see they have at least picked out their colors. Good! Now let's get this shit started.

Jaye starts the game off with a question for Dex.

We play the game steadily while getting wasted, it has actually been a a lot of fun. All throughout the game the tension started dissolving. Finally, we're enjoying ourselves getting drunk with laughter and bonding. Enjoying each other's company, for once. I couldn't be happier about it.

Knox's turn is next, he lands on blue. He gives me a smirk because he thinks he knows everything about me. I got news for him he doesn't know me quite as well as he thinks he does.
