"Where's Promise?"

Arriving a day late we our completely exhausted. A layover at the airport caused all three of us a nine hour delay.

To say that we are extremely pissed is a great understatement. Are nerves are shot and we are all very agitated.

Now I all I want to do is wrap Promise up my loving arms and get some well overdue sleep.

We're all in the grand dinning area. Dawson and his parents, his brother Dex along with the Knox, Tan and I. The twins are visiting their friends house overnight and Danny went out with Tyler his best friend.

"She's on a date." Dawson grumbles out between his bites of food. Dude close your damn mouth! A date? Realizing the only missing person is Dino my mind literally starts to spasm out. I was only gone for a damn day!

How the hell did he accomplish getting Promise to agree with going on a date with him?

"You're kidding? Her and Dino? Amazing!" I have to agree with Knox on this one. I never thought they would ever reach this point. I never thought she would ever forgive him.

"Well...uhm...I mean, sorry Ms. Ophelia they haven't exactly been getting along lately. I just thought I'd never see them on an actual date, that's all." Knox's predicament is very enjoyable even Tan is laughing at him. Though I love him, he never knows when to shut up.

"Why haven't they been getting along?" The gruff voice demanding an answer comes from my right side. Thomas, Dawsons father, that's currently scowling at Knox. This dinner just turned very entertaining. I can't wait to see Knox squirming.
