2 rounds of Base Quest later...
The gang had just finished some snacks and the mallowmelt.
"Can we play Truth or Dare now?" Biana asked.
"I dunno... I mean that's mainly a gossip game, and we're pretty focused on the Neverseen-"
"SOPHIE!" They all shouted.
"This is a distraction from the Neverseen!" Marella said. "They can't take over your personal and social life!"
"Marella is right." Linh said. "You can't let them win, I know, but still!"
She smiled slyly. "Plus we wanna know the whole story of how you and Keefe got together!"She smirked.
Sophie's jaw dropped.
"Don't think we didn't notice." Marella winked. "I may not be able to crack the Neverseen's plan but remember, I was a gossip queen at Foxfire. I knew EVERYTHING, somehow or the other, about the latest ships."
"Sokeefe finally sailed!" Biana squealed.
Sophie was about to reply, then realised something. "You guys knew Keefe liked me too?!" She looked around the room. "It wasn't just Ro?"
The whole room nodded.
Keefe turned red. "Alden even wanted me to give up on you for Fitz."
"Did you tell him to do it?" Sophie glared at Fitz.
"No, I swear!" Fitz looked alarmed. "I didn't even know I liked you. You were just a friend!" He said.
"I was so pissed at my dad." Biana said. "He told me, and he looked so proud of himself. Mom slapped him." She giggled.
"They didn't talk for days, but they made up." Fitz added.
Sophie nodded. "Well, they can't change my mind, or Keefe's!" She looked at him for confirmation.
He nodded along. "Yeah! Team Foster - Keefe for life!"
