"Happy birthday to you!", we all cheered, clapped, and screamed as Scott blew out the candles on his cake, pulling Makayla into his side straight after with a grin.

"Give a speech! Give a speech!", Xav hooted, waving his arms and doing anything and everything to get our brother's attention.

"Fine, fine", Scott shushed him, clearing his throat and addressing us all, "twenty-five. Do I count as old yet?".

"You've been old", Caleb cut in and he got flipped off in return, "okay, shutting up".

"I love every person in this room. Either you make me happy, or you make someone who I love happy, and for that I love every person in this room", he gazed to his right at Makayla before looking down at the cake, "it's December 8th, and our baby is due in two weeks- so as well as entering a new chapter of my life, I'm entering a whole new stage..parenthood. And yeah, I'm glad you're all here on this ride with us".

Everyone erupted into cheers and whatnot, Caleb practically strangling Scott with the headlock he pulled him into.

"Can we take a minute to talk about the monstrosity of a cake?", Eli pointed out and Zeke laughed, "who did that?".

"Uh, we did", Xav and Xander said simultaneously, sounding equally as offended.

"What is it?", Ezra peered at the...monstrosity, as Eli called it, and grimaced, "it's edible right?".

"Of course it is", Xander rolled his eyes, "Xav fucked up the decorating".

"Don't put it all on me!", he exclaimed, resting his chin on Addy's head, "it was both of us, it's meant to be a chef's hat, and it has piano keys on it".

"And we were supposed to know that?", Zane muttered to Phoenix, well, he was meant to mutter it to Phoenix- we all heard it.

"I'm loving the lack of support, really", Xander scowled even though there was a slight smile on his face, "do we get a hint about the gender of the baby?".

"Not this again", Chase shook his head, also staring at the cake in distaste.

"It's two weeks, I'm sure you can wait", Scott declined, "so no". Xav groaned, dropping his head into his girlfriend's shoulder with a pout; he was probably the most desperate to know out of us all.

"So can we eat this cake?", Caleb prodded it with his finger, "I'm starving".

"You're always starving", I snorted and he frowned, "but yeah, I want some too".

"I'll cut it now", Scott rolled his eyes and picked up a knife, leaning over the cake.

"Is that a grey hair?", Cay squinted and I chuckled at the scowl he received, "it was a joke, damn".

"There's nothing funny about going grey", he tutted, his lips curling into a sly smile, "ask Zane". Both sets of twins screamed and I buried my face in Ezra's chest to laugh, Zane's all but amused expression being too good to not find funny.

He loved us really, we knew that.

After the cake, some bickering from Xav and Xander, and a debate on whether Home Alone was the best Christmas film or not, I'd come upstairs with Ezra, Eli and Zeke. I could tell my boyfriend was getting a little overwhelmed with the amount of people downstairs (even though he'd never admit it), it was a good thing I had a sixth sense I suppose.
