[SOULMATE AU: The words on your arm since birth are the first words which your soulmate will say to you]

Sorry, are you alright?!

These were the words engrave to your arm since birth. You have always been curious on what kind of person your soulmate would be as you fantasize the different scenarios on how you two would meet. 

But judging by these words, it could only mean one thing. Both of you bumping into each other by accident. Quite cliche. 

"-/N? L/N!" You snap back to reality when the teacher suddenly call you, causing you to quickly stand up while the class snickers. 

"Pay attention in class please!" The teacher scolds. 

"S-Sorry sensei"

Later, school ended and you decide to search for your cousin to annoy him, because why not? You then found his class and he is talking to his other friends, something about Valhalla. 

"Michi-kun!" You call out to him. 

"Oooh Y/N-chan!" His friend, Yamagishi exclaims. 

"Y/N! What brings you here?" Sendou, aka Akkun questions. 

I'm bored so I wanted to annoy Michi-kun" You joke, causing the delinquent to pout. 

"Hey!" You chuckle and turn to the board. You were about to walk towards them when someone push you from behind and you stumble a few steps forward.

"Oh my goodness! Who pushed me?!" You yell angrily and you turn behind to see a tall guy with black and yellow hair and a tattoo by his neck. 

"Sorry, are you alright?!" He ask. 

You raise an eyebrow and look down at your arm. The words disappeared. 

"No way... You're my soulmate?!" You exclaim out loud. 

"Eh? Then you must be..." He was just as surprised. 

"That's Valhalla's Number 3! Hanemiya Kazutora!" Yamagishi exclaims. 

"Valhalla's Number 3?" You mumble. 

"I would love to get to know you but I'm a little busy at the moment. Is there a Hanagaki Takemichi here?" He ask. 

"Huh?" Your cousin then gets pulled away by Kazutora to which you follow him. 

"Hey! Where are you taking him?!" You ask and place grab Kazutora's wrist, stopping him from moving. 

"I'm taking him to Valhalla's hide out!" He says.

"I don't think he agreed to come with you" You say.

"Haha, listen soulmate, if you don't want to get hurt, better let go of my hand" says Kazutora and he tries to yank off your hand but to his shock, your grip was really strong. 

"I-It's fine Y/N. I'll follow him to the hideout" says Takemichi. 

"Michi-kun!"

"That's good to hear! Hmm, maybe you should come to. What did you say your name was?" says Kazutora. 

"I didn't, but it's L/N Y/N" You say. 

"Then you should come along with if you're worried!" says Kazutora and you ended up following Kazutora and Takemichi to Valhalla's hideout only to see the First Division Captain, Baji Keisuke beating up his Vice Captain Matsuno Chifuyu. 

"*gasp* Chifuyu-kun! Keisuke-kun!" You exclaim in shock. 

"What's going on here?" Takemichi ask. 

"It's the test of faith since Baji said he wants to join Valhalla. It's like switching religion" says Kazutora. 

'Did I really just end up with a soulmate like him?'

"Hanma... Is this enough?" Baji ask, turning to Valhalla's acting leader, Hanma Shuji. 

"Very well. But we need just one more thing. Kazutora, did you bring him?" Hanma ask, turning to Kazutora. 

"I got him here! Hanagaki Takemichi, the newest member of Toman!" says Kazutora. 

"What's going on Michi-kun?" You ask and Takemichi only shakes his head. 

"Takemichi-kun, you were there right? What did Baji said about Toman?" Kazutora ask. 

"Huh? He said, 'I'm leaving Toman to join Valhalla'..." says Takemichi.

"Very well... Baji Keisuke is now part of Valhalla!" Hanma announces as he hands Baji a Valhalla jacket while you quickly take out a piece of cloth and went to Chifuyu. 

"Chifuyu-kun! Are you alright?" You ask as you attempt to wipe the blood off his face.

"Horrible..." You mumble.

"Y/N-chan?" Chifuyu mumbles upon seeing you.

Just then, Kazutora grabs your wrist and suddenly drags you out of the Valhalla hide out, shocking you and the others. 

"H-Hanemiya-san!" You struggle for a moment before finally yanking his hand off yours. 

"What was that for?" You ask angrily as you turn your wrist a little. 

"Sorry, does it hurt?" Kazutora ask as he attempts to touch your wrist but you didn't let him.

"Sorry... I felt irritated since you were touching him" says Kazutora. 

"Don't be ridiculous Hanemiya-san. Chifuyu-kun and Keisuke-kun are my friends. I can't believe I see the day Keisuke-kun is beating up his friend" You say.

"This was necessary since he wanted to join Valhalla. Anyways, you can call me Kazutora since we're soulmates" says Kazutora. 

"I can't accept this" You mumble and left. 

31 October 2005.

You joined Toman in the fight against Valhalla. Oh? Did I not mention that you are also a part of Tokyo Manji Gang? Well, you are part of Baji's division and there you have it. 

Of course, you ended up meeting Kazutora again. Only he didn't know that you were part of Toman. However, you couldn't care less about him as you went to Chifuyu's side to assist him to convince Baji to join back.

Just then, Takemichi suddenly charges in and holds back Baji when your eyes widen at the sudden scene of Kazutora stabbing Baji. 

"Keisuke-kun/Baji-san!"

"It's just a scratch" says Baji. 

Things escalated fast when Baji was about to finish off Kisaki when he suddenly collapse from the loss of blood and Mikey begins to punch Kazutora mercilessly, until Baji regains conscious only to stab himself just so Kazutora wouldn't blame himself. 

When the police sirens were heard, everyone then begin to disperse while Kazutora chooses to stay behind with Baji's corpse. 

"Ka-Kazutora-san..." You call out to him while he gives you a small smile. 

"Sorry you had to see me in this state Y/N. If only we had more time together... Soulmate" says Kazutora and you felt your heart clenching in pain. 

You then give Kazutora a tight hug, of course not suffocating him. 

"I'll wait for you... I... Want to know more about my soulmate" You say.

"Y/N..."

"Y/N! We've got to go!" says Takemichi and you reluctantly part with Kazutora. 

"I'll be waiting" You say and Kazutora nods and you quickly leave with Takemichi while glancing one last time as Kazutora as you watch him being arrested by the police. 

10 Years Later...

You were back at your old school for an event. It was a tiring day but it's worth it. You did some stretches on your way out of school when you stumble across a familiar figure. 

Your eyes widen, not believing what you were seeing as you tried to hold back the tears. The said figure turn to you with a small smile. 

"Long time no see soulmate"
