Y/N'S POV

I sat there with a worried expression on my face, thinking that I might have done something to upset her. However, I noticed that she also seemed to be just as nervous, if not more so; she began to stutter as she spoke, almost forcing herself to speak.

Loona: Y/N I-I-I.

Y/N: Loona, don't force yourself.

Loona: I'm not; it's just hard, is all.

Y/N: Alright then. Do you need a minute?

She looked down at the floor for a second before she slowly looked up at me with a shy smile and slowly began to speak up.

Loona: Okay, I'm good, Y/N I-

Moxxie: Y/N Can you come here for a minute, please?

Y/N: Sure.

Loona: BUT I WAS JU-

Y/N: It's okay, Loona; you can always tell me later; it's almost closing time anyway.

Loona: "I guess so.

With that out of the way, I headed over to the meeting table, where the others just stared at me, each with a different expression than the last: anger, confusion, and concern. As per fucking usual, Moxxie is the first to speak in his normal pissy tone of voice.

Moxxie: We think you know what's happening to you, and we want to confirm if it's true.

Y/N: Ok, then what is it?

Moxxie: Well, Loona had a theory that you are part hellhound; she mentioned that only hellhounds can grow to her height, and you guys are the same height now, not to mention the hellhound fangs that you grew. So are you related to a hellhound by blood?

I can't squirm my way out of this one; I might as well tell them.

Y/N: Yes, I am.

Millie: Who's the relative?

Y/N: My grandfather.

Blitzø: Which makes you part hellhound?

Y/N: Yes, it does.

Blitzø: That's the coolest fucking thing I've ever heard.

Y/N: Yeah, it is, I guess.

Millie: Why did you hide that from us?

Y/N: I didn't want you guys to think of me as some sort of freak or something.

Blitzø: Y/N You are now part of the Immediate Murder Professionals; you're a part of our family, and we would never view you as such.

Moxxie: We aren't a family, sir.

Millie: Moxxie doesn't ruin this.

Blitzø: Yeah, Mox, can't you see he thinks he's some sort of monster? Oops, sorry.

Y/N: It's fine.

Moxxie: I guess so.

Blitzø: Now Y/N, come with me to my office, please. We need to talk.

Y/N: Sure.

Blitz takes me into his office and locks the door behind us. I sit in the chair in front of his desk while he looks out the window with his arms behind his back.

Blitzø: Y/N I know you know by now that I tend not to take stuff too seriously, but when it comes to my employee's mental health and will, I take that very seriously. So I have a small question for you, and I want you to answer truthfully. Got it?
