Raibaru and Osana were able to escape the school where the Glitch hit and they ran to Osana's house and hid out in the basement.
Raibaru: Okay....we're in the basement....it should be the safest place for now until this blows over.
Osana: I hope you're right....besides, I have a little set up over by the couch over here. *points to a personalized spot in the basement decorated by orange cat stickers, pictures of her and Raibaru from last year, desktop computer decorated by her interests, pictures of her and Taro as kids and a big screen TV* I even have food and water so we can stay alive. And don't worry, there's a bathroom down here. The school sent an email to my mom so she'll let us have the basement.
Raibaru: What will we do until this blows over?
Osana: Don't worry....mom got it covered.
Raibaru: Woah....you were really prepared, weren't you?
Osana: Oh yeah. Now we should hunker down until this all blows over. Besides, we still have the Wifi.
Raibaru: Okay....
In just a few hours....Raibaru and Osana made the best moments of their lives count. They were watching movies, took some pictures, post on the Akademi website and even made small talk while sharing snacks....however....these moments didn't last when night fell....
Raibaru: Osana....? What are we going to do? Night already fell.
Osana: Yan-Chan will be on the look out in case that weird static tsunami appears.
Raibaru: Really? She's coming over?
Osana: Yep! She saved my cat from that stalker so I owe her one!
Raibaru: You never told me your cat was kidnapped!
Osana: I didn't want you to get involved! Anyway, she'll be on the look out. *hears a knock* That must be her! *runs to the door and opens it* Yan-Chan! You came!
Ayano: Yes....I got your text. I hope your friend doesn't mind.
Osana: Oh don't worry! She won't mind!
Raibaru: *nods* Come in. *lets Ayano walk in*
Later....Ayano was able to get settled and started to keep watch while Raibaru and Osana will call it a night.
Osana: *winces a little while laying in the guest room with Raibaru*
Raibaru: Osana? What's wrong....?
Osana: I-I'm....a little scared....I hate to admit....what if this doesn't blow over....? What if that Glitch tsunami does consume us....?
Raibaru: *has a hand on her shoulder* Osana....everything will be okay...it'll blow over....and if it does get in....I won't let it harm you....
Osana: T-thanks....*turns to her*....you're awesome....y'know that....?
Raibaru: *smiles softly* Thanks Osana....*hugs Osana letting her rest her head on her chest*
Osana: *hugs Raibaru back*
Raibaru: *rubs the back of her head while smiling before hearing a portal open*
Ayano: Girls?! What is that!?
Osana: What!? *sits up immediately and stands up*
Raibaru: *runs over to Ayano* Is it here!?
Ayano: No....I don't know who that is....
Raibaru: *gets a closer look* Hold on....it's the lion girl from class 3-4....Rosie!?
