I feel like this would fit in the Danganronpa universe where Annie was fully brainwashed and how Garcello died which filled her with so much despair....that she had the hope of seeing Garcello again....by digging his grave metaphorically....she went and found the pod his body was kept to be preserved....and tried getting him out only for Rosie to step in....only for her to see a derranged and brainwashed Annie in front of her....spirals in her eyes....tears rolling down....blood on her face....her bangs were completely pushed back....her devil horned beanie torn....her black leggings ripped....her shoes worn out....messy hair....and has several injuries from the Future Foundation....Rosie tried convincing her to stop....but to no avail....she was far down the deep end....it felt like nothing could get her out....now Rosie's on the run from her as she tried killing her thinking she could get the power to bring back Garcello from the dead....and near the end where Pearl says "Why won't you just let me do this for you Rose", it's replaced when Annie gets restrained and shouts this.... "Why can't you just let me be happy for once?!" I honestly think this fits since Annie has this kind of dependency similar to Pearl from Steven Universe.
