Ending #1. Downfall:

(This is the usual ending that is played if the collected items are average) The poor souls are asking where Henry has gone, and the strength he gave them fades.

The credits begin, presenting every member of the cast and crew, and it enters the ink machine and passes across every monster. Henry goes first, then Buddy, being the mains, and then the Ink Demon. Wally is heard on a tape, Sammy is appeasing his saviour, Twisted Alice is doing her usual harvests with Brute Boris, the Projectionist is lurking, Jack is dwelling in his sewer domain, Allison and Tom are fighting for their lives, Bertrum is awake, Porter is stuck again as Heidi hides, Betty is in the retreat, Margaret, Stewie, Hank, Rupert, Frankie and Arnold are staying in stealth, Joey and Wilson are in the shadows and the beast is seen. It ends with Bendy, Boris and Alice on a poster.

Ending #2. The Right Punishment:

(This is only unlocked either if all audio logs are found or if every 6 items from each level is collected) In Joey's apartment, he feels danger. He opens the door to the room hiding the ink machine itself, and there was Henry. He asks a rhetorical question about something he wants to say. The rest of the poor souls, back to their human forms, appear and surround him, and berate him for his unforgivable crimes and sins. No one deserved such a sticky fate, and now look what's happened. One by one, every poor soul confronts him in their own way about his wrong doings. Their monster minds and the ink itself were compelling them and urging them to do so. They scold, rant, yell, scratch, thrash and let out all their rage about the long hours causing break downs, the broken promise of doublecross, not letting them go home, mentioning the infirmary and fake vacations, taking credit for Henry's characters, Bertrum's park and Tom's Machine and the fact none of their purposes, especially Buddy's, was to become a cartoon. They state if he doesn't care about anyone seeing their family, then he's just selfish, bitter and cold hearted. As they carried on, the Ink Demon appears from behind. He kindly asks them to give him a turn. The Ink Demon greets him, and judging by his tone he was not going to hesitate. With the layers of negativity and anger he had been carrying all this time, he talks in a way to send shivers down the spine. He mentions he should take a look and see how it is down in his little world, which could only mean one thing. It ends with the Ink Demon and the poor souls' inked selves, consumed by rage, dragging him into the hell he had created as Henry watches on. Good riddance. And that's what Bendy calls a sticky.

The credits begin, showing every poor soul with the ink covering their faces. At the very end, their eyes glow yellow in the dark and the Demon's grin is seen.

Ending #3. Reunite and Freedom:

(This is only unlocked if every 6 items from each level is collected and all audio logs are found, thus making 100%) A woman was sitting alone listening to the radio, when someone walks into the door. She gets up with a look of surprise the moment the individual calls her "Linda". Henry was home, and her eyes fill with tears of joy as se runs and hugs him. Elsewhere, the poor souls that were trapped for so long were back in their human states. Sammy, Susie, Norman, Jack, Allison, Tom, Bertrum, Margaret, Stewie, Hank, Rupert, Frankie and Arnold were back in their human forms, relieved and happy. All those that were once Searchers, Lost Ones and Butchers were now free.

The credits roll as the spotlight shows a stage. Bendy, Boris, Alice and the Butcher Gang appear one at a time dancing to the beat, showing pictures of the events that occurred in the inked world. At the curtain call, they take a bow and wave goodbye saying "thanks for playing".

Back Then (Extra Free Play DLC):

In the time when the Studio was fresh, the employees are going about their job with no annoyance of Joey or the Ink Demon, as if they were never here. (at this point, you play as one of the poor souls, in human form, by choice, and explore the Studio as it was before its demise doing activities, depending on their jobs, interacting with other characters and start a whole new day each time. The Ink Demon and Joey do not appear in this mode, only ordinary people working in an easy going studio).
