CHAPTER 3 - HIGH SCHOOL

POV - (L/N) (M/N)/ITOSHI (F/N)

I was woken up by my alarm, blasting in my ears. "God damnit." I muttered.

I turned off the alarm and got up from my bed. It was another day of high school. 

I walked into my bathroom to get cleaned up and once I did, I headed for my closet to grab my uniform and walked back into the bathroom.

It was white with checkers around the collar with the school's symbol on it. It was the standard boys uniform. 

It's been 10 years of living with the old hag and now I'm 16 years old. 

I sighed as I changed. I had to wear a binder underneath my shirt so I looked flat like an actual dude. 

I'm even forced to deepen my voice to sound like a dude. Now I'm used to it.

I can't believe the people I've met really believe that I'm a dude. 

Like seriously, I still look like a girl because of my physical features. 

I've also been playing soccer on the boys team at school and I can't change nor shower when they are around and they still haven't found that suspicious.

I checked how I looked in the mirror, ruffling my dyed brown hair and started to head to the kitchen. 

"Oh how handsome you've gotten, (M/N)! I'm so proud of you." My mother smiled.

I rolled my eyes. "Watch the way you act to me." The old hag glared at me. 

I just looked at her boringly. I've gotten used to the way my so-called mother acts towards me.

I grabbed an apple and made my way towards the door with my backpack. "I'm going to school now." I announced.

"Oh, alright! Have a nice day, sweetie! There's some money I left in your bag for lunch and a drink." She said. "Hm." 

I got my shoes on and went out the door. As I walked to school, I wore my headphones on, not wanting anyone to talk to me.

As I walked closer to my new high school, I noticed how prestigious it was. As I walked through the gates, it seemed like I caught everyone's attention. 

A group of girls from my old school came rushing to me. -Are you serious?- 

"(M/N)-kun~!" "Do you wanna walk together, (M/N)-kun~?" They fluttered their eyes at me.

I shrugged and was on my way.

The girls followed me until someone else arrived. "OMG! IT'S REO-KUN!" One yelled.

Everyone started running to the so-called 'Reo-kun' and left me alone. 

I sighed in relief. Not to brag, not only did I have the looks, I have the intelligence, and athletic abilities. 

I walked to my class and once I entered, I saw that the room was almost full.

-And here I thought I was early.- I sat in a seat next to the window. A few moments later, the bell rang and in came the teacher. 

I didn't pay attention to class since I knew everything already until lunch came. 

I got up and headed out the door towards the cafeteria.

As I walked out from class, almost all the girls gathered around me. 

-What happened to the 'Reo-kun' kid? Go flock to him!- I thought.
