Chapter Six

~Present day~

The RV rolled up to the two cabins. Everyone got out of the RV, "Finally we made it" Noah said. Ryan opened the side that had the suitcases in them. "Chase could you help me with the suitcases?... Chase" Chase froze in place and then started to run into the woods. Ryan started to chase him, chase stopped in the middle of the woods. "Chase, why did you run?" Ryan asked. "Do you recognize this place, Ryan?" Ryan looked around and recognized the place. "I thought the woods from your dreams were made up. I didn't realize it was a real place" They both saw a wolf coming toward them then it stopped. The wolf's eyes flashed and then started to run in a different direction. Chase and Ryan followed the wolf, into a deeper part and found a grave.

-Here lies Dorothy, The leader of the Wolfbanes pack and an amazing fighter-

"Is she dead?" Ryan asked. Chase hit Ryan on the chest. "No, she isn't dead, she is right there," Chase said. "She is a hellhound I thought they were more aggressive" "It might be because you are part demon and Hellhounds follow demons" The grave started to glow. "I guess it's trying to show us something," Chase said as he put his hand on the grave, Ryan did the same thing. Their eyes began to glow. The grave brings them to the past they both saw a battle.
"Wait a min isn't that your dad, Chase?" "Yeah...I didn't know about this"

"BILL, HURRY UP AND REMOVE THE DEMONS POWER WE CAN'T HOLD IT MUCH LONGER" Dorothy yelled. Bill holds his hand up a shadow started to come out of the demon but then it went back in. "I am sorry, I can't do this" Bill said. He transformed into a wolf and then ran into the woods. "Bill, come back we need you" someone else yelled. The vines broke and the demon went over to Dorothy "You will never get to tell anybody about this" The demon snapped his fingers and Dorothy turned into a hellhound. The demon turned back which caught Ryan by surprise he took his hand off the grave. And fell to the ground "Ryan are you ok?" "No, I am not the demon wasn't a random person, I knew that person. I didn't know he was a demon that turned someone into a hell hound"

They both heard a howl and ran back to the cabins. "There you two are what happened?" Kevin said. "Well, we found out that there were more lies than truths, and also the woods is a real place," Chase said. Noah changed back "Wait the woods is a real place?" "Yes the woods is a real place and we found out that there is more werewolf and demons than us" "Hold up there's more?" "I just said that there was more" "Alright just checking...How about we do all of the werewolf training tomorrow and let's chill out and maybe have a party?" Noah said. "I am down with that," Kevin said. "Well let's get situated and have a bonfire, It looks pretty late," Chase said.

Chase gave Kevin the keys to the second cabin while he gave the other two the keys to the first cabin. They grabbed their stuff and went to their cabins. Chase walked down the hallway and found his old room. "I can't believe it still looks the same" Chase said. Ryan stopped by the doorframe. "It's weird to be back after all these years. This room was off-limits for anyone who was visiting." Chase said, he put his hand on the door and felt the scratch marks on it. Noah came running down the hallway "Hey guys I found something cool you gotta check this out." Noah said. They followed Noah to another part of the house and found a door with vines blocking it. "I tried cutting it but I guess they are some sort of magic and they grew back," Noah said. "We might not be able to remove the vines but I know someone who can," Chase said then he looks over at Ryan.

"Oh no-no-no, I ain't messing with magic especially using my powers that I found out I had a couple of days ago," Ryan said. "I mean we are out here to train might as well do the same" Chase said. "Fine" Ryan started to stretch then put his hands out in front of him nothing happened. "See nothing happened may I go now?" "Try again but this time try to relax and let your powers flow" "ok but if this doesn't work I am going to bed" Ryan tried again his eyes began to flicker red and white as so as his hands. "You got this, you can do this!" They both cheered. The vines began to move down from the door. Ryan stopped and fell to the ground but caught himself. "That's the furthest I can move the vines. But I think the door can open now" Ryan said. "Hey, you did a good job, We can work on the powers thing later," Chase said. They open the door and it led to a basement area. "I didn't know this had a downstairs," Chase said.
