Chapter 2 : Into The Vents

~ With Y/N ~

Y/N was already at the Pizzeria, Hanging out with Helpy. Bryan wasn't at the pizzeria yet. No one was really awake. Only Helpy and Circus Baby, who was on the stage playing with her dolls. Y/N brought their computer with them, and was typing an email. Waiting for someone to come online or for Bryan to get there. Y/N could hear Helpy grunting, and murmuring.
"Something wrong Helpy?" Y/N asked,
"Bryan isn't coming into work today and I needed him to check the vents." Helpy complained.
"I mean, I can go check then." Y/N said.
"Really?"
"Sure, if Bryan isn't coming in. I'm completely fine with doing it."
"Ok then." Helpy replied
"Let me show you were the entrance is." Helpy said, showing Y/N towards the vents.

Y/N entered the vents, the smell of rust, and moss consumed the air. Y/N noticed the computer in the main room with a Helpy plushy on the top of it.  Y/N turned on the computer, to see an old loading screen. But the loading sound was interrupted by metal scraping sound in the vents, Y/N shrugged it off, and went back to work.

~ With Molten Freddy ~

Molten was in the vents, watching over the pizzeria. More so Helpy, Circus Baby, and Happy Frog who just woke up.
"Where is Y/N, and Bryan?" Molten thought, unknowingly Y/N being in the vents, Molten sat in one of the rooms in the vents that was practically hidden away. The room was rusty and had a lot of pillows with stains, and most of them were ripped apart. Including a lot of paper, there was a few of drawing Lefty made for him. Although one drawing was missing, Molten had been looking for it. Molten still found the place comfortable. Well, comfortable enough to distract him from the thought of Springtrap. And in the center of the floor had a vent that leads to the main room. Molten was listening to to the talking in the main room, while playing minesweeper.
"Where's Bryan, and Y/N?" Molten heard Circus Baby ask.
"Bryan's not coming in today, and Y/N is doing Bryan's job for him and checking the vents." Helpy replied, which startled Molten. Molten couldnt let Y/N find Molten's hiding spot. Bryan hasn't found his hiding spot or Helpy, or anyone. He wasn't letting Y/N find it, Molten stayed quiet so he could hear Y/N in other side of the vents. But after awhile, he wasn't able to hear Y/N. Molten knew he had no choice to leave his hideout, and go closer towards Y/N. As Molten attempted to leave his Hiding spot, His metal wires scratched against the vent, leaving a few scratch marks on his wires, they were quite noticeable. But Molten didn't care, he was trying to quickly and quietly trying to head towards Y/N without them noticing. If they did find out he was there. He wanted to lead them away from his hiding spot. He got to room that was somewhat close to the room Y/N was in. Although I'm the time he got there, it made quite a bit of noise. Which piqued Y/N's interest.

~ With Y/N ~

Y/N was seriously starting to get very curious, about all the noises they were hearing in the vents. Y/N finished all the tasks on the computer. They had nothing else to do, Bryan wasn't coming in that day. And did really feel like jumping in the portal. Y/N knew their curiosity would give out eventually, so they slowly walked towards the vent and climbed though, although having to cover their hands so they didn't touch the rust on the floor. Y/N slowly and quietly crawling though the vents.

~ With Molten Freddy ~

Molten hadn't heard any noise in quite a while, Making him believe that Y/N had left, he got up and slowly walked to his hideout, being the quietest he could, just in case.

~ With Y/N ~

Y/N was looking around, to see a movement in the corner of there eye. Quickly turning around to see Molten, slowly getting into a vent. Y/N quickly, and quietly crawled towards Molten. Y/N watched as Molten crawled towards a hidden room, aside from how many eyes Molten had, he didn't see Y/N trailing behind him. For awhile of waiting, as Molten was in the hidden room, Y/N saw a picture on the floor. A drawing, a drawing of what seemed to be Molten and Lefty, drawn with crayon and colored pencil, and a lot of led from pencil smudged, Making Y/N assume Lefty drew it. Due to Lefty being left-handed, it would have been easier for his Lefty hand to smudge the led.

(Me: writing this being left handed and finding it the most relatable thing and I hate it)

As Y/N grabbed the picture to see Lefty, and Molten. Lefty giving Molten a side hug, while Molten is giving a sour expression. Which was confusing considering the Molten Y/N knew. Molten didn't seem mean, he seemed sweet, although Y/N just met them yesterday, was Bryan right? Y/N wasn't sure, but it's just a picture, a drawing. Its probably nothing, But as Y/N was looking at the picture, their foot gave out and making them loose support in their leg and tripped and fell on the vent, leaving a loud noise. Which anyone could have heard.

~ With Molten Freddy ~

Once Molten finally sat down in his hidden room, Molten looked down the vent in the center of his room, looking down to see Helpy, Circus Baby and Happy Frog. But no Y/N, but eh. They could be anywhere. But he knew where Y/N was once he heard a huge thump, coming from the vent next to him. Molten quickly left his room. To see Y/N, on the floor holding a picture and looking back up at him. Molten didn't know how to react. They found his hideout.
"Hi Molten!" Y/N greeted, Molten forgot for a moment that he had to do his Ennard impression.
"Umm.. hi Y/N.." Molten greeted back.
"Is something wrong?" Y/N asked, Molten knows there's nothing else to do but tell them, but him who has been acting nice, thought they might not tell the others.
"Umm.. I'm fine.. just you promise you won't tell anyone about this room." Molten asks politely, while pointing to the room.
"Sure, I promise!" Y/N replied,
"Thanks!" Molten replied, giving Y/N a hug. Why? It's something Ennard would do. Molten wasn't fond of touch, but knowing Y/N saw the picture Lefty drew on him and Molten, he didn't want Y/N to be suspicious of the sour expression on his face on the picture.
"Hello Everyone!" Bryan yelled from downstairs, why was Bryan there? Bryan said he wasn't going to be there that day, Molten quickly got up and looked though the vent in the center of his room to see Bryan walking up to Helpy. Y/N look though to. But Molten was too distracted to care.
"Bryan! You said you weren't coming in today!" Helpy yelled.
"I kind of said that so I wouldn't.. have to go check the vents..!" Bryan said hesitantly.
"Well now since you did that, Y/N volunteered to do it for you!" Helpy snapped back.
"Oh really?" Bryan replied.
"Yes Really. Wow only their second day and there already better than you!" Helpy snapped back again. While hearing Circus Baby and Happy Frog snicker at this. It was at this moment Molten fully realized Y/N was in his room. He realized if Y/N noticed the ripped up pillows and slight scratch marks on the wall they'll think of him so much differently. He knew he was overreacting, but Springtrap made him so paranoid he didn't know what else to do.
"Are you done with... all your tasks up here?" Molten asked half way though forgetting he had to sound soft, so he changed back to Ennard's voice.
"Yeah? Why." Y/N asked. Molten wrapped Y/N in his wires from his arm and opened the vent with his other Y/N didn't question it, why? They've seen weirder. And Molten had enough wire to lower them to the front area, to let them down to the room below them. As Molten lowered them down Bryan turned around as Molten let go of Y/N to the floor, as he maneuvered the wires in his arm back to normal. And once that was done he quickly closed the vent.

~ With Y/N ~

"Y/N what we're you doing up there with Molten? I saw the wires." Bryan asked with a suspicious look on his face.
"I went to do YOUR tasks and when I was done I went to go walk around and I found Molten, we had a quick chat, and he for some reason brought me down here" Y/N explained.
"Oh."
"Now if you excuse me, all of your tasks made me tired and I'm going home." Y/N explained as they started to walk out of the pizzeria.
"Bye Y/N!" Everyone yelled. As everyone yelled there goodbyes, Y/N waved, and left the building.
