It's okay to not feel motivated all the time, it's okay not to dream big. You don't have to live up to the standard of other people. I think it is okay if you want to live a peaceful and stable life or settled down. Ambition doesn't fit everyone and that is not a bad thing. There might be people that are way ahead of you and also people that are behind you.
Everyone has a different timeline of how things are supposed to work out for them. Just live however you like but know that the people around you will also live the way they wanted. You can't judge them using your own standard based off your past experiences.
