-Raph's POV-

"I clearly said I GOT IT! Everybody heard me say I GOT IT!" My voice echoed through our new lair. I was scolding Leo at the moment about what happened on our latest mission.

"Yeah, but I got it with style," My prideful brother claimed, twirling around to smirk at me before he began to make his way to his room. Mikey and Donnie were standing behind me, watching me and Leo bicker over the problem at hand. "But you didn't get it!" I shot back at Leo, beginning to growl. "You lost it, and now we've got a Foot Clan situation, Leo!" He ignored my reply and disappeared into his room which used to be a functional subway car. I sighed aloud, letting frustration fuel my sigh, then I entered his quarters.

When I joined Leo in his poorly-lit room, he was already lying on his bed, reading a Jupiter Jim comic. My figure blocked his light source and he directed his focus to me. "What's it gonna take for you to be serious, Leo?" I questioned him, leaning against the door frame. He sat up and answered, "And end up with a worry line between my eyes like you? No, no, no, I do not want a Raph chasm." He grinned his signature snarky smirk and it filled me with unmeasurable rage. "CHASM?" I said raising my voice. Leo got up, slipped behind me, and exclaimed, "You know, valley, gorge, crevasse." I rubbed my forehead, then I growled and turned to him. Leo was now by the door while I was in the middle of the room. He was leaning against a shelf with his back shell facing me. "The only reason I have a chasm is I have to worry about you bozos 24/7." I shot at him. I sighed in defeat and said, "You just don't get it, Leo. I'm responsible for keeping us safe and making sure we can handle anything that comes our way." I looked down at the ground and continued. "'cause if I don't, you could all end up dead." The thought tainted my mind, but I pushed it aside and looked up at my brother. My eyes widened at the sight of Leo reading his Jupiter Jim comic, utterly oblivious to what I was saying. "Sorry I missed that," he declared, making my blood boil. "Can you repeat everything from... well, everything?" He smirked widely at me.

That was the last straw.

A red hue filled the room as I tripled the size of my fist, and aimed a punch at Leo. I missed my target and hit the doorway, making it a couple of sizes bigger. Leo jumped backward, doing a backhand spring, out of the room and started lightly jumping up and down in a boxer-like stance. "No wonder you always want to train! You really need the practice!" Leo remarked. Mikey suddenly jumped in front of our irresponsible brother, trying to somehow stop the fight that was about to unfold. I exited the messy room, took out my mystic-powered SAIs (a type of weapon), and made my clenched fists bigger. "Let him go, Mikey," I demanded in an angered tone. I then felt Donnie's body weight on my shell, but I ignored it and charged at Leo. "WAIT NO!" Don shouted, trying to postpone the pointless battle. Leo began to dash towards me as well, ready to strike me down. But then, the voice of our father thronged the atmosphere like a siren.

"BOYS!!!"

The whole scene was put on pause like someone pausing a tv show. Pops was standing in the doorway at the top of a flight of stairs leading to the living room, from which loud noises rang out. "Stop this arguing!" He demanded in a stern, irritated voice. We all watched as he descended the steps toward us. "But, Dad, Leo keeps-" I was cut off by his rat tail pressed against my mouth, signaling me to be quiet. "Buh, buh, buh, buh, buh. No more," he said not even looking at me, taking his tail off my mouth. "You are a team, you are brothers!" Pops shouted, jabbing Leo and me in the chest with his index finger. I stared at him with a deadpan expression. I didn't know what to say. "And most importantly..." He began. "YOU ARE TOO LOUD!!! I cannot hear my TV show!" He shouted with an almost sorrowful tone. We all stared at him wide-eyed and somewhat irritated. He was completely unaware of what we were previously yelling about.

He turned away, his back facing us and he began to rant about the events in his tv show. "Tristan finally proposed to Annabelle, but did she say yes? I don't know because of you!" He shouted, raising his stern voice and looking back at us. "Be the ninjas I taught you to be, respectful... AND QUIET!" He urged. We watched him make his way up the staircase until he vanished into the living room. I glanced over to Leo who was already glaring at me with an angry stare, to which I returned. I then jumped at the sudden buzzing movement in my belt. I sighed as I took out my blaring phone and analyzed the screen.

It read 'Unknown Number New York, NY'.

"Who's calling you Raph?" Mikey interrogated me as he tried to get a look at the screen. "I don't know, but let's see who it is," I exclaimed as I tapped the answer icon on the device. "Maybe we won a lifetime supply of pizza!" Mikey joyously chirped, giving me a wide grin. I knew Mikey was trying to light up the mood, and I was grateful for his actions. My mouth curved into a small smile as my phone beeped, indicating that we were now able to talk to the mysterious person calling me. "Hello? Who is this?" I kindly asked, pressing my device against my non-existent ear. Then a booming female voice shouted through the speaker, making me recoil backward.

"GUYS! YOU GOTTA GET HERE ASAP!"

It was April's voice.

"April? Did you break your phone again?" I questioned as I turned my phone on speaker. " YEAH, BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT!" She screamed. "Two guys came up behind me, but with my cat-like reflexes I knocked one of 'em out!"  I glanced up at my brothers who didn't know what to say. "What do you mean by ' one of 'em out?" Donnie asked quizzically. "Well, one was already knocked out and being carried by the other. He had a big bandaged up wound," She replied. "Ok, where are you at?" Leo quizzed, leaning in so April could hear him. "I'm outside my university-" Mikey cut her off and said, "We're on our way! Stay put!" Mikey reached forward and was about to tap the end call button when April shouted, "NO WAIT!" Mikey flinched and then pulled back his arm. "One of 'em is human but the other looks like... a turtle mutant," she informed us. "WHAAAAAAT!?" Leo exclaimed, dragging out his sentence. "Yeah, and there's something else..."  "What is it, April?" Mikey asked her in a curious-sounding tone.

"The mutant looks just like Leo..."
