You were invited to a Christmas party held at your friend, Roy's moms house. you didn't expect it at first, you weren't overly wealthy as she was but you weren't going to pass up this opportunity!

you quickly threw on some Christmas clothing and dashed out the door, heading down the road to the party.

you knocked on the door to be met by Roy, hair slicked back, candy cane suit and all. he did not look impressed when you laughed. "DUDE WHAT ARE YOU WEARINGGG" you giggled, he grunted. "SHUT UP LOSER I WAS FORCED TO WEAR THIS!!!" he yelled in defence. "Pshhh whatever" you said, walking past him and inside the home.

It was decorated head to toe in everything Christmas related, almost like his mom went and cleared an entire store. you laughed to yourself thinking about it. you wouldn't put it past her. walking up to a group of kids you see Ross and Robert waving at you, motioning you to come over. You grin, running over to them, "hey!! You guys are here too!!" they nodded, "yeah we all got invited." Ross said. Ross slowly turned his head towards the food, and excused himself. Roy looked over at you and Robert, then back at Ross, swiftly running towards where Ross was headed.

you stared blankly then turned to Robert. "do you wanna explore?" You smiled, he was thinking the same thing. you too ran around the home, up every hall and opening every door to every room. the house was massive, it could probably fit an entire country!

You slowed down and catched your breathe, laughing at all the dumb antics you and Robert were saying while exploring. he sat on the floor next to you, catching his breathe himself. you too were in a long hall way, away from the others view. you smiled at him, resting your head on the wall and looking up at the ceiling casually.

your eyes widened as you stopped a mistletoe. out of every time, why now?!! You gulped nervously, hoping Robert hadn't noticed what you were looking at. But when you looked back at him he was staring right at you, his face beat red. you laughed nervously.

"so uh.. mistletoe huh.." he mumbled, damn it he noticed. "y-yeah.." you muttered, he grabbed your cheek in his hand, staring at you nervously. "look, you don't have to do it if you don't wa-" you were interrupted by a new feeling on your lips, a soft dream, a sweet memory, Robert was giving you a kiss.

you break apart and stare blankly, what just happened.. you feel ur cheeks heat up and a smile erupt on your face. "I didn't know you followed tradition." you crossed your arms and he laughed. "I make exceptions."
