Hello everyone, so I decided that I didn't wanna write another smut after what...I just wrote qwq" so~ we have some angst to fluff for ya! Tug at your heartstrings, then fix it up with some warm fuzzy kisses whaddya say? I think it's a good idea!

Now, let's begin!

This will remain in third person, as I am keeping this quite short, as I do have school in 6 hours ehe~

3rd Person POV:

Kaeya tossed and turned, it was his day off of work, so why wasn't he so happy about it as he should have been? All he could think about was his brother, Diluc. 'Why did he have to tell him?' He thought to himself. His relationship with the brother wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. Diluc still despised him, and he knew he did. He lay in bed, with his hand over his head, and basically still in his night clothes (t-shirt and some sweatpants) and just thought bad thoughts. Maybe a day off of work wasn't a good idea, work distracted him from things more than he had thought apparently. He took off his eyepatch, and lay it on his nightstand. 'A spy from Khanrei'ah...if I didn't tell him, would things have been better..' He sighed. "Kaeya Alberich, huh...what way to continue on, that's for sure." He said out loud before he closed his eyes, and started to quietly cry.

A knock was heard from the other side of the door. "Mr. Kaeya? Are you alright? You didn't visit me at the lab like you usually do?" He heard the voice call. Kaeya quickly wiped his tears and opened the door. "Albedo, what brings you here?" Kaeya smiled, Albedo frowned. Albedo grabbed Kaeyas hand, and dragged him inside, shutting the door. "Kaeya, you never go a day without at least visiting the lab once. What's going on?" He sternly spoke. Now that they were alone, Kaeya could be vulnerable..but is this what he truly wants? 

After a few minutes of silence and no speaking, Albedo pulled Kaeya in for a gentle hug. Not letting go. "I don't know what you're going through, nor will I know how to solve it, but i am still your boyfriend and I wanna help, kaeya. I love you, and I will always be here for you." Albedo softly spoke, that is all it took before Kaeya hugged his lover back, breaking down into tears. "Diluc hates me Albedo..It's all my fault, if I were there sooner I..." Kaeya was sobbing at this point, not the good kind of sobbing. Albedo looked at Kaeya, before wiping his tears and placing a kiss on his forehead, and placing his head on Kaeyas shoulder. "Nothing is your fault, Kaeya. You can't control what happens in the past, you can still try to make amends with your future, but that takes time. I know for a fact that Diluc doesn't hate you, otherwise he wouldn't have came back to Mondstat."

 He tried to comfort Kaeya. "I'm not the best at this sort of thing, but if it's you I'm willing to help, Kaeya." He smiled. Kaeya hugged Albedo once more, before ultimately deciding to lay his head on his lovers chest, and cuddle. "Thank you, Albedo. I love you, and I don't say that enough." Albedo cupped Kaeyas face, and gently kissed the taller male, laying his head down once more to enjoy Kaeyas presence. "I love you too, Kaeya."

Hehe!! I'm sorry qwq" I just felt like tugging on some strings then making it all better with kisses, dw next time I'll do a fluffy fic specifically, then back to those god forsaken smut fics...qwq" this was a bit short, but angst into  fluff isn't supposed to last that long i don't think, eh. hell if I know.
