Your quirk is mostly suited for a cop in your mother's opinion, your quirk helped you to detect if someone is lying and if so you could put them in physical and mental pain but, if you told a lie, you would get a cut which wouldn't bleed but will cause you pain depending of how serious was the lie. Because of your quirk you barely told a lie, not that you couldn't handle the pain is just that, you didn't find a reason to lie so you were very honest and straight forward. Some were impressed of how honest you were, others find you rude because you wouldn't sugar coat anything like that one time; you friend lost their mom, they received their consoles from everyone while you didn't say anything other than just sit next to them.
Some were whispering at how heartless you were but you friend knew better, they understood that you couldn't like say you were sorry even if you and their mother were close.
That's how everyone is, some see the good in people while others see the worst, society is like that, they don't see beyond their noses. And that what haves you sitting inside a bar, have some shots by yourself. Your boss fired you because you were late to work again, and tbe reason is that you were a waitress at one of the most famous restaurant in Japan and you could guess how crowded that place get, you barely have time to take a sip of water so what did he expect!?
You sighed, you knew you should have study harder back in your days of highschool not that you were bad at it you were just not caring or maybe should have joined the Yakuza, hell yeah that sounds good specially with your skills on combat and any weapon hell that some real shit going on.
Anyways, you can think of that later, right now you just want to drink away the night.
“Isn't that too much for one lady?” a purple fog with clothes and yellow eyes came to you with another bottle, he is the one that have been attending you since you entered the bar, he is kind but strange, the bar is also strange. It isn't too fancy but it has a lot of men sitting around drinking silently, too silently for your liking while you are only women inside there.
“When your head is cloudy with stupidity,” you started taking the bottle to serve yourself. “Alcohol is your bestfriend,” you answered gulping the glass down.
“Is that so?” a man with pastel blue hair and red eyes approached the both of you, you couldn't quite see his face due to some weird hand mask he was wearing. He nodded his head to the purple fog, this one nodded as he opened the door the men started to get out, as he closed the door behind them he turned the little cardboard to let it say "close", raising an eyebrow you look at the other guy that just came. “May I?”
He asked pointing at the opposite chair of yours, “Be my guest,” you shrugged as he sat down the purple fog bringing him a glass for him.
“L/N Y/N, am I right?” he asked serving himself a shot, you nodded. “What do you think of heroes?”
“A lot of things,” you shrugged. “Some are fake, some are real, some were forced to be a hero, some are being mistreated by the hero organization, some are just after money, fame, power, popularity and the list goes on.” you played with your glass, “They sometimes want people to see the world is all pink and rainbows, that everything will be alright when it will never be.” Shigaraki leaned hearing this, “Even if we wanted, life is a bitch. That's why villains exist, because of them.” you cocked your head backwards, now admiring the yellow light that the bulb shared decorating the ceiling. “It's because of them and society, that villains has to suffer in the shadows.”
The blunett just stared at you, he had heard of you and your quirk that's why he approached you because he wants you on his team but he didn't know, you thought about life like this, you literally just spoke for all villains about how they felt.
Kugori placed a foggy hand on his shoulder making him look up at him, he also felt it he even had tears threatening to fall!!
“Say, Y/N.” he said while you hummed, indicating that you were listening. “Join the League of Villains.” he demanded.
You look at him, a frown was on your face. “Why should I?”
“Because I know you need a job to help you father,” he stated not mockingly though. “And because we understand each other,” he smiled softly under his mask and Kugori raised an eyebrow, like he felt it.
You thought about it, then nod. “Sure.”
Why did you agree you ask? Well, maybe this could help you see the world on another view, maybe change your idea of life, you also--as Shigaraki said--you need money to help your father and last but not least, you need some action in your life bro.
| Okay I'm sorry, but I myself
don't know what the hell I just wrote, I just allowed my fingers to type away.
But you could say
that that is how some
of us see life. |
