Chapter 2

My alarm rang and I was still exhausted, but there's nothing a warm bath cannot do. After that

warm bath I dressed myself in some black skinny jeans, a white top which had 'skate' written on it,

neon green vans on and a adidas graffiti jacket, my hair was in a wavy bob, with my light brown

hair landing on my shoulders I was ready for school.

I took my backpack and I shoved my skateboard inside it and then I went downstairs for breakfast

where I said morning to my mom as I gave her a kiss on the cheek. After that my mom took me off

to school and as we went to the car I tried to spot our new neighbours, but I couldn't see them and

nobody came out, the suspense was killing me.

I arrived at my new school 'Newton High School'. I waved goodbye to my mom then she drove off.

"Nice sneakers" I heard someone say.

I turned around to see who it was but I saw nobody, was I starting to hear voices, please don't tell

me I'm going psycho.

I then made my way to the office which I was lucky enough to find. I received my timetable, then

the bell rang and I was off to my first class, Physics. I looked for room 89, that's what it said on my

table. I found the class room where I was introduced by Mrs September, my Physics teacher, she

then escorted me to an empty seat at the back of the class in the corner, I didn't take notice on who

was sitting next to me until.

"Nice sneakers" I heard someone saying in the desk next to mine and it was that same person with

that smooth deep voice.

"Thanks" I replied but my concentration was mostly on the board as I was writing down the

information, I had no time for boys. The lesson was over and the bell rang and I stood up walking

towards the door.

"Miss Skylar, where might your next class be?" Mrs September asked.

"Economics, Miss" I answered.

"I'm heading that way too" I heard somebody say but as always I didn't bother to look who it was.

"That's excellent Mr Nicholas maybe you can escort Miss Skylar to her next class" Miss September

answered.

"With pleasure ma'am" he answered.

Wait a second are you serious I had no say in this what so ever, you must be joking.

"Is that okay with you Miss Skylar ?" Miss September said snapping me out of my thought.

"Yeah" I answered, what was I thinking.

"Well, you two should get going before your late for your next lesson" Miss September said.

"After you" I heard Mr Nicholas said well that's what Miss September said besides I don't forget
