"Good morning Preppers." I said with a smile on my face. "So imma keep it real nice and short with y'all since I know some still gotta get in that 15 mins to complete their homework, you know the vibez." And with that they all laughed and some were telling "yeah!! Tell em!!" "So guys here's the announcements for today, hmm so we will be having a prep rally this evening and everyone should be in the allocated teams more details will be shared throughout the correct team platforms."

"The basketball team won Saturdays match 109-89 and also there will be announcements on when homecoming is and how everything will be done but further more, more announcements will be heard throughout the monitor but for now everyone is dismissed and can go to class and enjoy your day prepperss!!!!" I said to them and everyone burst out in loud noise and laughs.

CHAPTER 16:

After that we went to class and the crew was going mental over my announcement speech, usually I don't like doing them but today I had to add my spice to the whole thing since it was a whole blue Monday kind of vibe and I felt like it was my duty to wake everyone up from their slump. And before we could turn the corner to our classroom I got pulled back by my arm and when I turned to see who it was, it was just Addy.

"Uhm Adrian we have to get to class like as in now." I deadpanned to him. "Mm I know baby. But before we get to class there's something I forgot to do though." He said "and what is that?" I asked him and before I knew it, he had me under his embrace and kissed me deeply and as he pulled away I was trying to catch my breath. "I forgot to do that." He said whilst smirking and turned the corner and went into class leaving me speechless.

As the bell rang I was brought back to reality and with that rushed into class and luckily the professor was not there yet. "So dawg what took you so long? One minute you're behind us then the next poof you disappeared like you in some kind of magic act." JP stated. "A magic act?" I questioned him. "That's a new one JP." I said and tried to hide my laugh.

"Well what did you expect Eve? For me to be like a hoodi_" as he was about to continue he was interrupted by the professor. "Good Morning Pupils. I hope everyone had a great weekend and have all my assignments completed and like Ms.Rodriguez stated you had your 15 minutes to complete incomplete assignments but now it's time to submit them and then we can focus on the lecture ahead." Prof.Shelby stated.

"Uhhh Prof do we really have to do it now?" Dylan decided to ask knowing very well that he hadn't completed his assignments. And as the Prof was about to answer him i decided to answer him despite the fact that I'm the usual quiet person in class. "Dylan or should I say Dyl?" And with that the attention of the class was on me. "Nah I'll go with Dyl. Look you had your 15 minutes but you decided to waste it away because why you might just be as clueless as all those grades you acquire."

"Now look some of us actually come to school to learn and to have a better future and not like others who are looking to score head from a skirt. So set your priorities straight or fail that's it, now my apologies Prof.Shelby but may you continue with class and my apologies for disturbing you."  And with that i was awarded with shocked faces and applauses. "Dawg your girl, she bad brov." Brady said to Adrian but I didn't hear what Adrian said back.

As we were beginning to submit our assignments and the lecture was well under way i received a text message. *Brr brr*  One new message:Addy♡. Then I turned my attention to him but unfortunately he was focused on what the Prof was saying. As I opened the text message it read. I can't believe you had the balls to do what you did babe, big props to you and I won't lie that was a fucking turn on seeing you on some bad bitch vibes. Can't wait to get you in nine different positions later on ;). Anyways I love you and ohh I ain't soorryyy that you will now lose focus in this class after reading this text.

After reading that text message Adrian was right i lost my focus. Ugh sometimes it sucked being someone's best friend for so long and them knowing your every move like nobodies business. After that one text message the last 35 minutes of the lecture felt like 35 hours and i just couldn't wait to get some fresh air. I just felt like i just needed to breath.

Then the bell rang and I went flying out of class not even waiting on the Prof to dismiss us first. As I got to my next class I was the first one there but the Prof was already there making sure that everything was in order. "Uhh Good Morning Ms. Rodriguez, I'm just in shock at why you are here first without your friends." Prof. Denvers stated more like prof-always-tryna-act-younger-than-her-age-Denvers.

"Oh Morning Prof.Denvers. ohh my friends were right behind me but I guess i was just walking at a faster pace than them today." I said with a small smile. And as soon as I stated that they started walking in. "Uhhh Evelyn has risen from the land of the dead." JP stated "like chicka we thought that you left or maybe went missing." Adrianna interjected. But with all in all I just couldn't look at Adrian after his text message stunt in our previous class.

"Guys I'm fine. I just wanted to get to class early to get ready for the lesson okay." I said and with that my attention went to the Prof. And as the lesson went on Adrian was busy trying to get my attention but to no avail. The next lesson with Dr.Milgrim went by quickly and i was so glad that it was recess already even though now my attention was on what i was going to say to Aaron when I see him later on today.

"So now be honest with us, Eve,why did you literally run out of class earlier on the day like we were back at the training camp?" Donna asked. "Like I said guys I wanted to get to class early." I said. "Bullshit, Eve and you know it!" Brady stated. "Bullshit?! Brady what are you on about?" I questioned him. "Ugh I saw you looking at your phone earlier on then the next thing you acting weird for the first 3 periods, like what the fuck Eve?" He deadpanned.

"Oh now you going around checking up on people's movements?" I asked him. " Look Brady I don't have to explain myself to you or anyone else for the fact of matter, and Adrian for the fact that you just seated there and not defending or protecting me makes me question your loyalty to me and you as my boyfriend!" I stated and got up too leave after that.

As I left the table, and went to find a proper place to chill and there was only one spot I could go too which is Adrian's and I's place to chill and to go too for some quiet I felt myself being pulled back. "Lyn." Adrian said to me. " Leave me alone." I said to him. "No." He just said. "Adrian Leave me alone or else I'll cause a scene." I deadpanned. "Okay fine but please hear me out." And I nodded as of he let me go.

"You have 2 minutes now speak." I said. "Okay baby I'm sorry okay,"he said and before he could continue I interrupted him, "Sorry for what? Hmm Adrian?" I asked him. "I'm sorry for not protecting you and for not defending you. I'm supposed to be a good boyfriend to you but I wasn't acting like one back there and I apologise." He said genuinely. "Is that what you call an apology? Than I'm sorry but I can't accept that as an apology for what you call back there! Like seriously Adrian?! Ugh I can't even look at you right now!" I stated and as I was about to walk away from him I was pulled back with such force, turned around and deeply and passionately kissed and after a while I kissed him back.

A/N: Okay I won't lie, this chapter has me in shock. Like I'm actually in love with it. The drama in this chapter is on another level and I can't get enough of it at all like wow I'm speechless. And possibly I might be dropping another chapter later on today but we'll have to wait and see.  Love you all to the max.
