Being handed a breakfast of all the treats I so gladly loved is nice and all but I couldn't bare to think that even though at this stage I might be developing feelings for Adrian but I still had a boyfriend at the end of the day. After the morning feast we both decided that we needed a shower and that after that we were going for a swim but with me being injured that would be quite impossible at this stage.

A chilled Sunday is something someone needs at this stage after all the bullshit that has happened. In your minds you guys are thinking that Adrian and I are both going to shower together after the night we had but no we didn't, separate showers did us good. Being in my room, taking in everything and my new normal I was quite ready for everything.

CHAPTER 9:

So after that delicious breakfast Addy did for me I decided to take a shower in my room. It was a stunning room with the lastest tech and a large king sized bed in the middle of the room. It was bigger than my room back home but it was still similar to it in some ways then most. As I finished taking my shower, blow drying my hair and finished prepping myself for the swim I decided to go see which swimsuits were there in the closet, and when I say closet I mean walk in closet the size of my entire bedroom, okay so in my defense it was quite huge.

I decided to try on some different swim suits which were suitable for me and that I found to be quite my style but at the end of the day how could I even dare to put them on because come on it was difficult enough as it was to even try to put on the suits anyway. "Are you kidding!" I yell-whisper as this is the fifth time I struggle to put on the top of this annoying swimsuit. I might as well give up on going for that swim anyway and I let out a loud sigh.

I hated these injury's with my entire life and being combined. I hated them to the pits of hell and back. I couldn't even put on a single bikini top on and this made me feel bloody useless as if I wasn't as useless already. I roll my eyes at that fact and as I'm about to give up the devil himself decides to walk in through my door. Okay fine his not the devil himself but you know what I mean. Without a second thought, Adrian decides to get into my room without knocking and mind you I'm topless.

"Huh" is all he says as he stands there taking me all in with one look of my body. "Huh! Is huh all you can say right now?" As I try my best to cover up and yes I'm still trying to cover myself up even if and I mean even if I have slept with dude already but still a girl has to have a little dignity left in her. He lets out a chuckle trying to not laugh and he takes a step towards me. "W-what are you doing?" I ask him. "Uhm" he smirks "I wanted to help you with whatever is going on over there." He says in a duh tone. "Ohh" is all I can conjure up to say.  "But you don't know what I need help with though." I state to him in confusion.

"Well let's see" he takes a step closer to me closing the gap between us. "As you can see Lynnie, you are a wounded animal right now and can't put on your bikini." As he points to it "and with that let me guess as I am the only person here, I can only be generous enough to help you don't you think?" He says to me with a grin on his face as his face is only inches away from mine. I gulp.

" Uhm yeah okay fine. Help me then if you must but but I was going to figure it out in the end anyway." And as I say that he lets out a genuine laugh. "Okay okay now Miss Stubborn let me help you then and to be fair you were never going to figure it out." And as he says that I glare at him. "And one more thing Addy, Don't call me Lynnie" and he glares at me "and also don't call me Addy." And I laugh at him.

He takes the bikini top I had on my bed and I turn around so he can help with it. As I put it on and he helps with tying it he takes his time with it as if he was kind of admiring the view and before we know it his done securing it and I turn around as soon as his done and with that we are looking into each others eyes passed the soul margin as his hazel eyes Pierce right through mine like they reading my deepest secrets and inner thoughts and with that we find ourselves drawn to each other and as we are about to kiss, without knocking Adrian's mom comes through the door.

"Uhm Eve do you need any he-" and with that Adrian and I pull away from each other as soon as possible and act innocent like. "Am I interrupting something?" She asks with a scowl on her face. "Heyy mom. Uhm nope we are all good here and no you are not interrupting anything." I say with an innocent smile plastered on my face."But it sure as hell looks like something was interrup-" and she was about to continue Adrian decides to interrupt "Mom nothing was interrupted as you can see and anyway I was helping my poor best friend here with her bikini top. Poor child couldn't even put it on."

And he says that I glare at him and he only laughs at me. "Ohh okay then if everything is all sorted then I'll be off enjoy kids." She states as she leaves the room. "My poor best friend? Poor child? Do I look helpless to you?" I whisper yell at him. "Well if I didn't say that she would have suspected something was indeed going on Lyn so now finish up so we can go swim man."  and with that he turns on his heel and heads out my room leaving me alone.

"Like what the actual fuck just happened?" I question myself with a sigh. With the moment gone and taken away by Addy's mom,  I had to finish up what I was doing and head downstairs too. As I get there I find him in the kitchen on his phone waiting on me. It actually looked like he was starting to get annoyed by waiting on me but didn't show it but I unfortunately for me I knew him better than that.

I stared at him intently as I took in his appearance. His unruly hair, the fact that he was half naked and the way he looked so good. "You know it's rude to stare." He states without even taking one glance my way but I could still see the smirk glued on his face. I don't even acknowledge him with an answer as I just walk into the kitchen. I roll my eyes at him " You know that you not that attractive right?"

I look at him with a poker trying to show no emotion. "Hmm interesting" he seems to look as if his thinking. "That's not what she said." I look at him confused. "Huh, what?" I look at him confused and then he starts laughing. And with that he stands from where he was seated and goes to the pantry to go grab a few snacks okay a few snacks for us is a lot of snacks and grabs a few beverages too and with that after getting everything we needed we head to the indoor pool in the basement area.

So here's the deal being in our crew comes with benefits. Every family that is in this crew or should I say gang was loaded with a large bank and a lot of heat but the impressive thing about that was the children being us we never really showed other people that we were filthy rich so that we could practically keep a low profile and not attract any unnecessary attention to us. And with that being said we enjoyed the life that we led without any fake people around us.

And as we got to the pool I sat down on a beach chair and yes I didn't know what they were called so I just called them beach chairs and being that I was injured and I was told by the doctor to limit my movements which I haven't been doing since I got from the hospital I couldn't get in the water and swim but Sly being Sly could. From where I was seated I could see the shooting rank where the weapons were kept.

There was a weapons cabinet by the indoor pools where the guards would come and restock their bullets or clean their guns if they wanted to and to be honest with y'all this was quite a normal thing with us. And sometimes when we were younger Adrian and I would come down here just to get some time in on shooting targets and all but right now it was not time to work but to relax.

(A/N: and with that being said we come to the end of yet another chapter. Hmm Adrian is quite the character. I don't even have words for him though. What about Evelyn though wellllllll I don't know what to say but I can't wait to find out where this duo end up though you know. But anyway I hope y'all enjoy your weekend and week ahead. Luv y'all.
