"Okay fine if your not going then I'm not going." Adrian stated. "Adrian no you are going to school you can't stay because of me." I said to him. "Look you are my girlfriend and I won't leave you alone better yet we don't need school all together and you know why I say so but still we do go to school because we want a future for ourselves but baby one thing you should know is that I would do anything for you and if that means protecting you tomorrow then yes I will stay behind with you." He said.
I looked at him shocked and confused, "what do you mean protect me?" I asked. "Adrian what's going on tomorrow that you need to protect me?" I asked him. " Uhm damn it's nothing babe just know that it's part of the plan and you'll find out tomorrow and please trust me on this." He half begged.
CHAPTER 24:
"Adrian. Please tell me what's going on and why does it sound like a serious situation?" I pleaded with him knowing very well I never begged anyone for anything. "My beautiful Lyn I'll fill you in tomorrow but for now just go get some rest and wake up bright and early tomorrow." He said to me whilst giving me a quick peck on the lips.
As I stood up and said my good nights to him I shot a quick text to Bryson to meet me in the game room. "Hey Eve what's up and what's so urgent that we had to meet at this time?" He questioned. "Have a seat we got to talk." I stated nonchalantly to him and with that he nodded and had a seat.
"So look something is going down tomorrow and I don't know what it is yet but it does seem serious from the looks of things. I want every man on this. I want as much ammunition, weapons and protection I can get, and no to answer that unspoken question Adrian knows nothing about what I'm asking you to do. Look this seems out of the blue I know but I need skilled men tomorrow, like I said to Adrian I'm not going to school but I have a feeling that I'm going to find out why tomorrow."
"So arm my car and fill your best guys in on what's happening tomorrow. 5am sharp we rise and hit the road. We place lookout by the high hills, overlooking the school and if by a miracle my prayers are answered and I know why I'm feeling this way, we shoot to kill and not too miss, okay?" I stated and asked.
And with a nod I was granted approval for my crazy plan. "5am sharp I ride with you, Eve no matter what we in this together." Bryson stated standing up and heading out of the room to go do his prep work and with that I went to bed and immediately drifted off to sleep just considering all the possibilities of what might happen the next day.
As my alarm went off at 3am in the morning, 2 hours before the time set, I immediately got into the shower to wake myself up even further going for a cold shower. As I finished off my cold shower, I opted for a natural look and completed off all preparations I needed to finish. As I went into my walk in closet I picked out the most bad ass outfit I knew I can muster up at this moment making sure I wore some bulletproof custom made apparel.
As I made my way downstairs to check on everything I encountered Ria and a bowl of breakfast waiting for me. "So Ria why so early?" I asked her. "Just felt off my dear but I can see why just promise me you'll be safe." She pleaded with concern and worry etched on her face. "I will." I stated vaguely giving her a small smile and heading down to the Shutter to meet everyone else there before we left.
"Morning y'all." I stated with a serious face void of no emotion. "Uhh no smile today Harley?" Kevin stated. "I won't ask why you called me Harley but are you guys ready to go or do some of y'all need to put in some last minute target practice?" I questioned them. "Uhh we good Eve." Bry stated.
"So guys as we head out, we are going to meet up with someone extra crucial to this entire plan and if I'm right some of y'all might get to sport out there." I said to them smirking. "Yeaaahhhhh!!" They all yelled at once. "So guys let's go then." And with that we all stated heading to our designated vehicles "uhm Bry wait up." I stated. "Yeah," he said as he waited for me to catch up.
"So is my car ready?" I asked him "yeah it is." He said. "So whose the mystery person?" He asked. "Uhm you'll just have to wait and see then." I said to him. As I got to my car I put on my seatbelt and started leading the way of where we were going.

Evelyn's Car
As we got to our destination I parked my car in parallel to the school to see the ins and outs of what was going on and as I checked my cellphone I saw the multiple missed calls I had received from Adrian and everyone else. Knock knock I heard Bry knock on my car window and then I rolled it down.
"Hey what's up?" I asked him keeping my gaze fixed upon the school and taking a quick glance in the direction of the clock to see what time it was. "Uhm Drian called and asked where we were and I couldn't lie to him so I just told him." He just stated.
"You did what!" I yelled at him, shocked at what he had revealed. "Bryson I get that you have loyalties to him too but this was my thing but you know what I don't have time for this right now," and before I continued I opened my door and got out, signalling all the men to get out too. "Look! Listen here! And listen here good! Your life is on the line from this moment on and I don't give two fucks whether your professional assassin's or not but today is a live or die type of situation! So Bryson over here," as I pointed in his direction, " took the liberty to inform your precious master so in a few minutes expect the whole clan here!" I stated to them and with that they all nodded in agreement.
