As I left the table, and went to find a proper place to chill and there was only one spot I could go too which is Adrian's and I's place to chill and to go too for some quiet I felt myself being pulled back. "Lyn." Adrian said to me. " Leave me alone." I said to him. "No." He just said. "Adrian Leave me alone or else I'll cause a scene." I deadpanned. "Okay fine but please hear me out." And I nodded as of he let me go.

"You have 2 minutes now speak." I said. "Okay baby I'm sorry okay,"he said and before he could continue I interrupted him, "Sorry for what? Hmm Adrian?" I asked him. "I'm sorry for not protecting you and for not defending you. I'm supposed to be a good boyfriend to you but I wasn't acting like one back there and I apologise." He said genuinely. "Is that what you call an apology? Than I'm sorry but I can't accept that as an apology for what you call back there! Like seriously Adrian?! Ugh I can't even look at you right now!" I stated and as I was about to walk away from him I was pulled back with such force, turned around and deeply and passionately kissed and after a while I kissed him back.

CHAPTER 17:

And as we both pulled away from each other Adrian stated, "Don't you ever walk away from me again or plan to leave me. Do you understand?" And I just looked at him shocked. "Do you understand?!" He asked again. "You can't just pull me in for a kiss and demand that I never leave you or walk away from you when sometimes you be acting like an asshole Adrian!" I snapped back at him, like who the fuck does he think he is?

"Evelyn Rodriguez, I'm serious don't push me to my limits please baby, now do you understand?" He said back containing all of his anger. And I won't lie I've seen Adrian angry before and it wasn't pretty he almost killed the poor man and he has seen me angry before but fortunately for me I can control it but I cannot say the same for him. "Mm." I just said looking away from him.

"What?!" He said. " Yes Adrian I hear you." I said to him rolling my eyes at him. "Okay good." He said with a smile on his face. "So where were you going too that way when we could chill with the squad back that way?" He asked. "I just need some air Addy nothing more. I can't deal with everyone right now okay." I said sounding exhausted already. "Ohh okay then I'll join you." He said.

"But_" I said. "But I'll join you." He said interrupting me before I could continue with my sentence. We went to our spot and spent the rest of lunch there until it was time for our fourth period of the day. As the bell rang we got to Dr. Henderson's class but unfortunately he was not there today so it was what we considered a free period.

As free period continued Brady decided to speak up, "Yo Eve I'm sorry about earlier on. I shouldn't have went off on you like that man, it's just so unlike me, forgive me?" He said giving me his puppy dog eyes which made him look super adorable. "Hmmm lemme think about it?" I said looking like I'm deep in thought. "Ohh come on Eve you killing me here." He said acting like he was dying causing us too laugh.

"Ugh I could never stay mad at you guys. But just know that next time I won't be so forgiving." I said giving them all a death glare. "Ohh there won't be a next time chicka,we got your message loud a clear." Adrianna said causing us all too laugh and then we were interrupted by Whittier.

"Hmm hmm hmmm how lovely." Whittier said and we all turned our attention to him. "Oh hey Princip." Adrian said trying to look all innocent. "Uhh Mr. Syvil were you not taught on how to greet your elders? And why are you all goofying off and not doing your work?" Mr Whittier stated. First off this guy has always had something against us and will go to any lengths to torture us.

"First off I was taught on how to greet my elders but unfortunately I don't see an elder of mine, I see an old man obsessed with tormenting young people and secondly if your old eyes can still function you would see that the Doc is not in and with all due respect we were busy with a discussion so if you don't mind you just interrupted an important lesson now good day Mr.Whittier." and with that we were all shocked at what Adrian had just said and that left Principal Whittier speechless to the point where he turned around and left without a single word.

After that stunt the last two periods went by really fast and with that we were off home. But before we could go there was still something that had to be done. During the last two periods Whittier had called me too his office. *Knock knock* I knocked on his door. "Come in." He said nonchalantly. "Uhh Ms.Rodriguez have a seat." He said looking up from what he was currently busy with.

"Yes Mr.Whittier you were looking for me?" I stated but more over as a question. "Uhh yes since this is your senior year you are required to attend this years pep rally." He said. "But_" as i was about to question the whole thing he held up his hand to stop me from talking. "No buts Ms.Rodriguez, be there 8pm sharp your team is dependent on you this time around and you are required to be there. Ever since you stopped attending these pep rallies the spirit of the team you were assigned too has been lacking so you are needed there and it is compulsory. End of discussion ohh and please close the door on your way out." He said as he proceeded to get busy with what he was busy with previously.

Like what the fuck i thought as I was walking to the parking area of the school to Adrian's car. Why am I even needed at these pep rallies anyway and considering the fact that i usually just train on these days and especially on spirit week and now I'm expected there like I'm some sort of motivation for these students.

Ugh fuck my life and nevermind the fact that when I get home i will have to have that unwanted talk with Aaron ugh kill me now please plus not too forget the fact that I still had to get back at Adrian for how he treated me today at school, never would i let a man treat me like that ever or undermine me i said to myself years back and now it's time to revisit that same pact again.

"Baby wassup can we go now?" Adrian said as his arms snaked their way around my waist drawing me away from my thoughts. "Wait." He said, "Are you okay?" He asked looking all concerned. "Ugh baby I'm fine just one thing at a time okay now can we please go home, I'm tired." I said. "Yeah okay let's go." And with that he opened my side of the door and I got in and he went to the drivers side and with that we were on our way back home.

As we got back home i went straight to my room, opened the door and locked it. I went straight into the bathroom and took a quick shower to freshen up afterwards I heard a knock at the door, another knock and another one. "Lyn can you please open up?" Adrian asked. And I gifted him with no answer . I was not in the mood to talk to him or anyone else, like I said one thing at a time.

As I finally got dressed up and prepped i went for my phone as i received a couple of messages and notifications. One new message from Aaron;). And as I checked the message it read Hey baby I'm by the gate waiting on you, i thought that maybe we should eat out today but I will hear from you and I love you. XXX after reading the text message i unlocked my door to find Adrian waiting on the other side. "Baby_" he said and interrupted him "Uhm look Aaron is here so let me go talk with him so if you'll excuse me." I said as i headed down stairs.

A/N: hmm the talk is about to happen interesting. And Lyn is seriously going through it and I never thought that Adrian would have another side too him that has some sort of anger issues but I hope to see how Lyn deals with it. This is interesting. It's like this books gets interesting and interesting as I read it and continue writing it. Ugh I'm so in tears. Love y'all way too much and I hope that you enjoyed the chapter as much as I did.
