Yvonie was in the court room sitting next to her mother, kaykay court date was today and they were taking a half hour break, "you good von?" Her mother had asked her turning towards her. Yvonie nodded, "im good, just kinda anxious about this whole thing.." Yvonie muttered. Her mother rubbed circles on her back comforting her.
"Imma go outside rq to get some air ma" Yvonie told her mother getting up from her seat. Her mother nodded in understatement. Yvonie walked outside the court room standing in the hallway. "Didn't know being in there made me so anxious-" Yvonie said to herself scrolling through her phone on Instagram.
That's when messages from the gc she was in with ddot and them popped up. "What these niggas talkin bout-" Yvonie rolled her eyes tapping on the gc and reading the messages.
Ddot - ik yall niggas r active.
Nottti - wha?
Ddot - ion even wanna talk to u rs
Dd - wsg gang.
Ddot - mhm.
Notti - "you dry ash, anyways Wsg vonie.
Yvonie - wsg, im in court rn so imma text yall latr aigh.
Yvonie replied back putting her phone in her back pocket taking a deep breath walking back into the court room sitting by her mom. "Alr u feel a little better?" Her momma asked, Yvonie loved how much her mama cared for her. Yvonie hugged her mother nodding. "Yeah I feel better" Yvonie replied back.
The court then continued on wit their case talking and trying to make decisions, "do you think that your brother is innocent in this case Ms.yvonie" the judge had asked, Yvonie quickly stood up. " yes your honar, I do believe he is innocent" Yvonie said confidentially. The judge nodded slowly.
"Alr..well that says it, this case is now over and you guys can take Mr.kevin back home." The judge said smiling slightly slamming the hamor on the table two times then walking out the court room. Yvonie was smiling real heard, her and her mother started jumping around. "Thank the lord" her mother said in relief hugging onto her daughter.
The officers took Kevin took kaykay out of the courtroom so he could get all his stuff snd change into his normal clothes. "My brother finally comin home" Yvonie said trying to process all of this. "I already know dougie and them finna be happy about this one" her mama spoke smiling so hard. "Right" Yvonie replied agreeing.
Half in hour later, Kevin came back into the court room with new pear of clothes and shoes on that they mom had brought him. Kevin hugged on his mother and all she could do was shed tears. "I guess yo ass grew a little." Kaykay said looking Yvonie laughing a bit. "Boi ik u just got out of jail but ill still slap u-" her mama them turned towards her giving her a stern look. Yvonie put her hands up in the air walking away.
She was truly happy, she used to go on car rides with her brother blasting music and eating food, she hasn't got to do that in almost 7 months but now she can! She quickly called up the boys with a huge smile on his face. "Hello?" The three said at the same time over the phone.
"My brother finally made it out bro" Yvonie was stomping around in excitement. "Oh wrd- that's good for u vonie rs" ddot had replied back. "Good it worked out for u gang" dd replied back smiling slightly. "We should celebrate rs when u come back home." Notti said turning on his camera. "Wont be till tmr bc ik after we live her we goin to my peoples house" Yvonie said with a huge smile on her face.
A few minutes talking to them on the phone, Yvonie finally decided to end the call seeing they was about to leave. " u hungry bro?" Yvonie asked walking towards the car with her momma and her brother. "Hell yeh" kaykay replied pushing Yvonie out the way getting into the passenger seat.
"Eh ig ill let u slide since u just got out of jail and all.." Yvonie mumbled glaring at her brother. "Yall put yall seatbelts on, we finna be going ova yall aunt house." They mama started thr engine and started driving. "Who all gonna be there?" Kevin asked putting on his seat belt.
"Yall cousins, uncles, grandma, and yk pretty much the while family." Kevin nodded. "Yaeyae and vee finna be there?" Yvonie asked her mama amd she nodded laughing. "Bet I got sum for them cuz they always wanna act Hollywood at school acting like they don't hear me talking to them." Yvonie smacked her lips rolling her eyes. " don't go crying to grandma when they rock yo shi" Kevin said laughing at his little sister.
"Ouu mama he just cussed-" they mama rolled her eyes at them, "girl like u don't be cussing at school spwm." They mama had said and kevin smiled. "Yeah stop playin wi her" Yvonie flipped her brother off giving him a mug.
When they finally arrived at they aunts house, it was alot of cars and people outside. Yvonie quickly got out the car. "Im Finna tell grandma u was cussin" Yvonie ran inside the house with kaykay running after her. "U a snitch bro istg" he yelled out running inside the house. "They Finna be at it all day.." They mama mumbled to herself walking towards the house laughing.
"NO CUZ U DON'T KNOW HOW TO SAY HI TO ANYBODY NIGGA-" Yvonie jumped on vee, " you done got so tall the last time I seen ya" thr grandma had said looking up at kevin smiling. "And so handsome" she added laughing. "Nah he ugly ion know what yall talking about?" Yvonie walked over to them saying.
" Stfu" kaykay pushed Yvonie on the couch beside them then continued talking to everybody like nun happened. "IDK WHY U OVER THERE LAUGHING DEMETRIUS CUZ NOW IM BOUT TO BEAT YO ASS-" Yvonie shouted. "AYE STOP ALL DAT CUSSING IN MA HOUSE" they auntie had yelled from the kitchen, she was cooking.
