"Good morning Mori." Her teacher Ms.davis said to her as she walked into the classroom. "Morning." Yvonie replied back with a tired voice. She didn't get much sleep last night. Her mother and stepdad went to go pick up her step siblings last night and her mother wanted her and Kay to make sure the house was straight before they came back so they had to do alot of deep cleaning all day yesterday. "How was your weekend?" Ms.davis asked, as she started putting paper on everyone's desk.

"Alright." Yvonie simply answered before sitting down at her desk which was by the other teacher's desk they had. She laid her head before sighing. She was truly tired.."hiii Mori!" One of her best friends, Sierra then came into the classroom with her loudness. Yvonie knew the girl had adhd and so she didn't mind. She smiled at her and gave her a wave. "What's wrong witchu?" She asked sitting her purse and breakfast down on her desk. "Just tired, was cleaning all day last night yo." Yvonie said as she turned towards the girl in her sleep. "Why?"

"Because, my stepdads children is staying over for a bit for the holidays and whatever so yeah." Yvonie explained with another sigh, I mean they weren't even back at home yet since her step siblings lived a few miles away and it was gonna take them up to a few more hours to get back. They'll be back by the time she gets out of school or before. "Ohh-" sierra let out before going outside the classroom.

About an hour had passed by and they were like doing history, learning about the Egyptians history and stuff like that. "Done-" yvonie said, as she got up and turned in her assignment. "Excuse me." She suddenly said as she noticed her classmate tyshawn standing behind her. She moved aside and went to go grab a cup to get some water. "Okay when all dem cups gone-" her otha best friend coreona den said and yvonie couldn't help but roll her eyes. "Girl, anyways." She replied back, then went out the classroom to go get some water. But not before asking her teachers ofc.

History was then over and it was now time for them to go to their next classes. The hallway was now crowded like it always been, "godly-" she let out, she had got shoved by mutable people in the hallway. "Oh thank God your here- lemmie hang onto yo bookbag before I get lost in dis crowd." Her friend charlie said to her, mori laughed and told her it was okay and they began walking to class. They finally made it to choir. "Helloo mori" Mr.lynch said to her and gave her a fist bump as they entered class. "Man it's Always so cold in here-" she said walking towards her chair. They were in different rolls. "Hey darnesha." She greeted her other friend in class. "Hey!" She greeted back.

During class mr.lynch kinda was blabbering almost the whole entire class, and giving them story times. Something he'd always do, but mori didn't care much because it meant she didn't really have to sing much. He was a very funny and loud teacher and Mori couldn't help but smile anytime she heard him speak, he was a weird teacher but it was all good intentions.
"Yeah and then, guess what she said-" she hears him say, some story about his wife. She wasn't sure what he was on about but all she did was sit there and listen.

"Haha, really? No wonder you guys are a perfect match." Mori said, to him. He was talking about how calm his wife was in certain situations, I mean his wife is calm and he's very loud and crazy. "Thank you, that really warms my heart-" Mr.lynch said touching on his heart and doing a very dramatic posture as he looked at Mori. Which made her laugh, "anytime-" she said through laughs. A few minutes later went by and of course they sang a bit, but then class was now over. So now it was science, her plan was to just get done with class today because she really wanted to pull her grades up. She didn't mean to always skip but most of the time she didn't have much of a choice.

She finally got done with school a few hours later and she was now walking home with her brother like she always did anytime notti and them weren't at school. Usually I'd be her cousin Rana she'd walk home with but things change. "Mama and Mr.clent back?" She asked her brother as they walked. "Yea." Kaykay replied taking a hit of his blunt. She just nodded in response. "I don't know if his children actually like us- especially ezra and juniper. Weird names btw-" yvonie added, and Kaykay just shrugged.

"Why you care anyways?"

Yvonie rolled her eyes at his question. I mean they were her step siblings, I mean she was expected to care. "Aren't we supposed to care?" She asked not really answering his question.
"Nah, what foe? Fuck dem kids-" Kaykay said and yvonie couldn't help but laugh. God, he was really something. they finally catched up to da house and entered it closing the door behind them. "Hey ma." She walked over to her mother completely ignoring her stepdad and step siblings that were in the room. "No hello for us? Cold." Her step father said in sarcasm. Yvonie rolled her eyes before saying, "hey." She said looking at them.

He had about 4 children, he had 2 girls and 2 boys. There was enzo, juniper which was one of the eldest ones. Then lucian and lex. Lucian shot her a wave, "hey." Lex greeted back. Mori gave them a smile. "I'm gonna be upstairs ma, call me if ya need me." She said before running up the stairs. "Stressful day at school-" her mother excused before going into the kitchen.
