I felt so happy. But I didn't show it, instead I just put a slight smirk on my face.

"Thank you." I said to Kevin. He seemed pleased that I liked it. I put the bracelet on my wrist, I pulled the 2 strings to make it fit perfect on me. After I was done I raised my hand in the air to get a better look at the bracelet.

"You like it?" Kevin asked me softly. I nodded a yes.

"It's perfect, but where's Diego?" I asked Kevin. He shrugged.

"Weird question, well kinda weird. What did Page say to you? Remember when she whispered something into your ear?" Kevin asked as he got closer to me.

I thought about it for a second.

"She said that uhm... that you guys dated." I said, I didn't want him to know the rest. Or else he's probably going to think I have something for him. And even if I do, I can't let him know that. He probably would think I'm a joke.

"Oh." He looked confused.
"Why would she say that? You sure she didn't say anything else?" Kevin asked again. I felt a little nervous. Did he know I was lying? I mean I don't think he did.

"No, just that. It's odd, isn't it?" I said calmly, and it did sound truthful. But now I had guilt for lying to a guy that just gave me his most expensive bracelet.

"Weird, me and her did date. But it was a long time ago. We broke up because I had started my soccer stuff. And it was too hard to maintain a relationship." He explained. I felt a little mad. Or maybe jealous? I'm not sure anymore.

"Oh" I said quietly. I heard footsteps coming up the stairs. I saw the door open.

"Hey, so y/n uh there's been a bit of a problem. And your basically locked out of your house, until the end of the weekend." Diego said, what the fuck. How the fuck did that even happen? Why did my parents not give me an extra key?

"Oh, how did that even happen? And where am I gonna stay? I'm locked out!" I shouted.

Diego looked stunned." Oh well you can stay here, but on Sunday I'm not gonna be home." Diego suggested. I mean that didn't sound that bad. And I really don't got another option.

"Then on Sunday where else can I stay? I mean because I'm not sure if I'll be comfortable just being here alone." I said, I'm not sure how this will work.

Diego looked at Kevin.

"Well, you see Kevin here lives alone! Can't you believe that!" Diego said, leading on his suggestion.

"Oh, Wait what!" I asked surprised. Was he asking me to stay at Kevin's house?

"Wait, Kevin you live alone?" I turned to him, he chuckled slightly, scratching the back of his head.

"Oh yeah, as soon as I turned 18 I left. My parents didn't like me very much." He said. I felt a little bad for him.

"Oh I'm sorry." I said. He laughed.

"No it's okay, it was my choice." He said, slightly patting my back.

"So? Do you want to stay at Kevin's?" Diego said to me. I turned back to Diego.

"Uh I'm not sure, I mean is Kevin even okay with this-"

"Yes." Kevin said fast, completely cutting me off. I slowly turned to Kevin, then back at Diego.

Was I even okay with this? I mean, it did sound fun. I mean, where else was I going to stay at?

"I guess, only for Sunday?" I asked, That's what we said right?
