EVERSINCE THAT NIGHT IN THE GARDEN, Hyerim hasn't forgotten what Seonghwa had said to her....it very oddly enough stuck with her. Maybe she was growing more fond of him....more than she probably wants to. He was kind.....definitely a lot more kind than his father, but that doesn't mean his intentions for Kular are different. Hyerim has to keep that in mind...she can't fail this mission...she can't.

Mid-day had just hit in Kular and Hyerim was leaning against a, flipping her dagger as she waited for Seonghwa to get out of one of his...princly...meetings; her mind seeming to wonder somewhere else as she did. Her mind was maily still wondering back to the nightmare she had the other night....it was only thing she could think of, when alone in her own thoughts. The way San's lifeless eyes were staring back at her...right after he said she failed; Hyerim's stomach churns and a lump forms in her throat, at the recalled images. As she is about to start walking away, the once closed door were now open, with different politics of Kular spilling out of it. Hyerim stands straighter, hand -once again- locked behind her back, waiting for the Prince to step out of the room.

Soon enough her line of gaze lands on Seonghwa, who is still carrying conversation with his father. But, as soon as they stepped closer to Hyerim, their speaking ceased (more so the king's speaking ceased). "Your Majesty." She spoke as she bowed. He didn't say anything in reply, he just looked her up and down....like he was judging her every being. King Sanghoon clears his throat, turning to his son before speaking "I hope she proves to be a better guard than she looks." Hyerim clench into fists behind her at the king's words. She has the urge to say something, but she bites her tounge and remains silent; instead....Seonghwa speaks. "Yes..she is a very capable and an excellent guard." He says with a slight smile, looking at Hyerim as he said it. For some odd reson her heart staggers a bit and a wave of heat rushes to her face. "Well...I hope." Sanghoon says before walking away.

Seonghwa turns back to Hyerim, taking motice how her hands were clenched and how her gaze continued to follow him, until he ulitmately turned to the corner. "Don't allow his words to effect you, Hyerim." He says, her gaze focusing on the prince again "He is just trying to get under your skin....don't allow him to do that." Hyerim wasn't going to let the kings words to effect her....but somehow she allowed every word Seonghwa spoke, to do that very samething.

Later that night when everone is asleep, Hyerim finds herself at the old watchtower...awaiting San's arrival. Eversince that horrid nightmare, she has been dying to see him again. As Hyerim waits she sits on an old crate, flipping her dagger, heart pounding in anticipation.

After some time had passed, Hyerim hears the door screech open. She looks up from her spaced out state, eyes landing on a familiar face; a sense of ease washes over her body. She smiles at him "Hey." She spoke as he sat beside her on the crate. "Hey." He replied "I'm gessing the mission is going well. No suspicions I suppose." Hyerim shakes her head "Nope...not a single one." She says, continuing to flip the dagger as she was still a little spaced out. San seems to catch onto her odd behavior.

"Hyerim..." He starts, she turns to him "Are you okay?" She nods at his question "Yeah...why?" Hyerim lied...even though he knew something was wrong. A chuckle escapes from San's mouth "You're spacing out and flipping your dagger....you usually do that when you have something on your mind."  She looks away eyes turned to the ground....knowing that he was right. San's facial expression softens "If there's something wrong, Hyerim....you can tell me." Hyerim breaths out a sigh, sheathing the dagger as she slid off the crate.

"I had a nightmare..." She starts, already feeling tears stinging at her eyes "I-I was back at headquarters...but...but there was fire everwhere....there were...bodies everywhere-" Hyerim's throat tightens at the next thing she's about to say "you...you were among those bodies...sword through your abdomen." Tears fall from her eyes as she continues "You...you told me I failed and then...and then-" The words get caught in her throat, a sob leaving it instead. San immediatley moves off of the crate stepping closer to Hyerim, he grabs her wrist and gentle pulls her into a hug.

Her arms eventually wrap around his torso, head resting just below the crook of his neck as tear endlessly fell from her eyes. "I-I really...can't loose you too" She manages to say through her sobbing. San shakes his head repeatedly "You're not going to. I'm not going anywhere...I promise."
