He walked up to a pond and stared into its reflection, Avery smiled at his reflection and walked along the path into the forest. As he walked on, they heard small creatures communicating with each other. It was peaceful. Way too peaceful. As they walked further into it, it seemed like the sun was long gone hours ago and the stars were already greeting Avery. There were no more critters around and the whole place felt off.
"Hello?" Thought Avery. "That's weird, why can't I talk?"
He walked into a plain field and the entire area looked endless. No ponds, or trees. Nothing. Avery now couldn't control his body. He stood there, it was like he was waiting for something to happen. The air kissed his face as they gave an unbothered expression in return. Somebody far in the distance appeared they looked like a cup.
"Hey?" Exclaimed Avery. "Who are you?"
For some reason, that was the only time, he could say anything. His head was empty this time as well it was like he forced himself to shut his brain up. The cup somewhat ignored him. It was hard to say since they didn't react to anything he said. However, they turned their head around. And their face wasn't there. It looked like it was rubbed off a black scribble of some sort replaced the top half of his face and only his purple nose and mouth were visible.
"Avξɾʎ!" It exclaimed happily. "Ī Mi$ɘ∃Δ μθʊ!"
Their voice was so distorted but he could still somehow understand them. The person held their arms out as if they were about to hug him. However, Avery's thoughts, control, and feelings suddenly flooded all back into his body. He slowly backed up, the person who was somehow closer now gave him a frown. The arms drooped by his sides as Avery was scared of him.
They then started walking toward Avery and he slowly walked backwards but then he suddenly fell over a rock and fell down a hill he didn't even know was there. Was it there before? He couldn't remember there being a hill or walking up one. He tried to grab onto something as he yelled for help while tumbling down what seemed like a never-ending disaster.
"Avery!!" Yelled the person once again. But this time it was much clearer than before.

All bad things come to an end, so do good things. Even then there are many more bad things than good things. Genesis, that word means the beginning of something, doesn't it? Well, that is the name of the government ruling over this empire with a titanium fist. the Government Eccentric National Empire of a Secret and Independent Society (or GENESIS) are the ones who corrupted this very earth, The Hydrangeas attempt to take back the power but even thousands of twenty-year-olds from all over the earth cannot stop the corrupted empire.
Cuphead thought about it all. The wars, the history. What they taught him in school and how all of it was a lie, Wicket talking about all the secret things that his dad and the others did. The secrets in the gemstones and how they selled priceless gemstones to terrorists knowing that there was so so much confidential information inside them all. Weird, isn't it? The governments are the ones destroying their people to have a nice day on some smaller version of the Titanic. He shook it off and looked at Avery.
"Wake up sleepyhead I gotta go now..." Mumbled Cuphead.
"Huh?" Mumbled Avery, "Noo..."
He hugged Cuphead tighter like he was a teddy bear. Cuphead chuckled and patted Avery's shoulder as they went back to their semi-sleep state. He looked at the ceiling once again as more and more things crossed his memories. He thought all about his brother, the monster that bit his leg off. and left him in a more modern era. He closed his eyes and tried to ignore it all, but was suddenly startled by Avery waking up.
