Chapter 15

Sakura/Sciangené was looking through some ancient books that she got from Keethan/Neji. He once said to her that he can connect to Kathedral to get her stuff from her and her husband's old room that stored many of her clan's heirloom that was scraped from the ruins of the Kane Massacre. Among them were the books regrading the powers of the Kane clan regarding floral regeneration and flower blooming.

"What are you looking at?" Sasuke/André asked with a coffee mug in his hand.

"I'm trying to find a theory on why our granddaughter bloomed flowers when she saw Madara. Maybe it has something to do with puberty? No.."

She went through the pages. Sasuke sat silently as his wife looked through her clan books to find the answer she was looking for.

"Maybe, it's her powers reacting to the Botticelli aura from him. But then she could react similarly from Kalāra's presence. She has plenty of it.." Sakura murmured

"Maybe it's.."

"Sakura.." He called.

"But no it isn't.." she mumbled.

"Sakura.." he called again

"Maybe.." she muttered.

"SCIANGENÉ!" André called by her godly name.

Sakura looked at him in astonishment.

"(Sigh)..I know why our granddaughter bloomed flowers.." He said tiredly. As if the answer has been weighing him down all this time.

"Oh. You do?" She asked.

"Yes."

"Why?" She waited.

"She..fell in love.." He said grimly.

"WHAT? With whom?" She tilted her head.

"Are you this blunt, woman? With Madara, of course!" He said finally.

"But how come she has a floral reaction to him? I never seen.." She began.

"You also had a similar reaction to me when we saw each other for the first time in Kathedral." He said.

"I did?" She asked.

"Idiot.. But this can't happen. Madara is a dangerous man. He will hurt her. He also can't be trusted. Besides he is a walking corpse." He said.

"But he can be regenerated back." She said.

"How?" He enquired.

Sakura showed him a page of a book. She said, "We Kanes are known to have an ability called as "The Kiss of life". It is said that if we breathe out our air into a dead person mouth, willingly, without any force from others and with love, we can bring them back to life. And this ability is acquired by people who bloom flowers at first love. I think if Suzune tried, she can bring him back to life."

"You're telling me that my granddaughter can fuck-"

"Kiss" she corrected

"-kiss that man to life?" He asked incredulously.

"Yes. If she knows about it." She said.

"If that man comes back to life..he will be out of Kalāra's domain of control and can wreak havoc to the five nations." He said.

"Hmm..that is true..I guess it's wise that Suzune not know about the fact of her ability to give life..after all..she is the next Goddess of life after me.." Sakura deducted, relaxing on the sofa.

"I think it's wise to stay away from our grandchildren." Sasuke said.

"But Sasuke-"

"I know you love them, Sciangené..but they possess psychometry. If they were to willingly or accidentally remove their rings and touch us..they can extract our secrets." Sasuke said.

To this Sakura closed herself to a side of a sofa with her knees kept to her chest. She silently shed tears.

"Sakura.." Sasuke tried to placate her.

"When can we ever be able to touch our children freely without letting out our dirty secrets, Andre??..I just want to show my love towards them.." Sakura sobbed.

"It's alright, Sakura..we can just tell them to wear their rings before touching us.. would that be ok?" Sasuke asked her.

"Ok.." she said.

He kissed her on the forehead.

"Oji-chan..I'm not feeling sleepy.." said Mikoto who came out of bed with a black cat plushie in her hand. She was send to their house on weekends to spend time with them.

"Oh don't worry..Oba-chan will get you some milk to drink..you can sleep after that, Miko-chan.." Sakura said smiling, drying her tears to get up from her husband's arms, towards the kitchen.
