The Embodiment of Nightmares. Keres's form is ever-changing until, stories say, when the entity caught sight of the lamia Diana and thought her beauty the perfect tool to draw in unsuspecting dreamers only to entrap them in a never-ending nightmare. Thought to be the patron of evil spirits, Keres corrupts and corrodes even the most righteous of souls with terror, dismay, and a never-ending barrage on the senses, robbing victims of precious sleep and wearing them down one nightmare at a time.
