"You know. If you're gonna try and kill me, this ain't how to do it."

It was dead silent. The boys were too scared to say anything, still too wrapped up in the thought of taking someone's life. Crowley removed his gaze from y/n's body and turned to the three boys. "What did you three do." He asked slowly and his voice was on the border mix of horror and anger.
"We didn't-I-it's-" Deuce stuttered as his throat tightened and his mouth felt dry. Ace looked away holding his stomach. Fuck he was going to be sick.

Suddenly a loud groan caught their attention. They hesitantly looked back at y/n's body. They watched as her arms placed themselves under her and pushed up, slightly struggling because of the chandelier's weight. She pushed the broken chandelier off and it hit the ground with a duller thud. She sat in a crisscross position and stretched. Her bones popped and cracked so loudly it made the people around her slightly cringe. She sighed as she placed one hand on her shoulder as the other one rolled clockwise. Her eyes scanned over the scratches and bruises on her body.

"Y-young Stein?" Crowley stuttered. Y/n let out a hum in response as she grabbed the mini first aid kit from her bag. "You need to go to the nurse's office and get those wounds fixed." Y/n simply looked over her shoulder and stared at Crowley blankly before returning to disinfecting her wounds.
"I'm completely fine," Y/n said as she stood up.
"I-...very well then..." He trailed off unsure before turning to the three in front of him. "You, this is the last straw! I will have all of you expelled."
"W-what?!" Ace screams. Deuce stutters a bit before hanging his head down in shame. He understands why. I mean they did nearly kill someone and broke an expensive looking chandelier. "Look. She said it herself, she's completely fine! And the chandelier, we can just pay for a new one right?" Crowley narrowed his eyes and then sighed.
"Pay? Foolish boy. The chandelier you broke was one of a kind magic chandelier. It uses everlight candles that burn for all of eternity! A singular masterpiece made by a legendary maester if magical tools. It has been entrusted to the school since its very foundation...Taking into consideration of its historical value, it would cost no less than a billion madol. How could you possibly hope to cover those damages?" Crowley explained. Y/n stared at the broke object saying how much it looked like...shit.

"A-a billion madol?!" Deuce screamed in shock. Ace nervaslily scrached the back of his head,
"Sir, couldn't you just fix it with magic?"
Crowley crossed his arms "Magic is not all powerful. More importantly, its magic crystal, the heart fo any magical tool, was shattered. No two magic crystals are the same." Crowely then placed his hands on his hips with the shake of his head, "I'm afraid this chandelier will never be lit again."

"No...what am I doing...What am I going to tell mom..." Deuce said sadly. Meanwhile y/n is just over here thinking about all the soul collections and paperwork she has to catch up. Truley the most sad thing ever.

"...Although, it might be...There might be one way to fix this mess." This caught all of their attention. "The magic crystal for this chanfelier was taken from the Seven Dwarf's Mine. If there is a magical crystal of the same type as the original, repairs might be possible."
Deuce and Ace's eyes widened with determination. "I will go find a maic crystal! Please, allow me to go!"

"However," Deuce's shoulders slumped a bit, "there is no guarantee that any such crystal yet remain in the mine. It has been closed for some time and it's highly probable it's been exhausted of it's crystal supply."
"I'll do whatever it takes to prevent expulsion! Please!" Crewley sighs.
"...Very well. I shall give you one night. Come to me with a magic crystal by tomorrow morning, or you will all face expulsion."

        "Understood."
"Ugh. Fine. Let's go get that magic crystal and be down with it."
"Since that's settled...You may use the Gate in the Mirror Chamber to go directly to the Dwarf's Mine."

"Young Stein." Y/n hummed. "If you are really ok. Then I hope you keep an eye on these three." Y/n waved her hand a bit dismissively.

"ahh. What the hell is happening to me? Today is really not my day..." Ace complained. Y/n side eyed the male.
"Think of it as karma. Chose the wrong choice, got consequences." Y/n said with her signature resting bitch face. To which Ace glared but soon realized that glaring would have no effect so he saved his energy.
"Stop whining. Let's go. Magic mirror on the wall. Guide our way through the Dwarven Hall." Deuce said. The mirror rippled and glowed until a dark forest shown on its surface. Ace, Grim, and Deuce were beginning to have second thoughts. Y/n stepped forward, her boots clicking against the tile. She looked over her shoulder with a raised eyebrow.
"Y'all coming or not?" She walked through. Deuce and Ace looked at each other and dashed into the mirror.

The forest they entered was quite, not even the sound of crickets were heard as the moon's light's shone down. Their only source of light. Y/n landed gracefully and quietly while others...not so much.

Deuce looked around slightly in awe. "So...This is Dwarfs' Mine..Long ago it was prosperous, thanks to the school's need for magical crystals, but..."
"Not to be rude but can we stop idel chatter and get to finding this fucking crystal," Y/n said with a slight sneer. I was chilly, dark as fuck, and this place looked dank. Y/n did not want to be here. Deuce flinched a bit and cleared his throat
"R-right. Let's go."
"Guy's there's a house back here!"

Y/n sighs. She really just wants to go home.

Deuce does the classic person in a horror movie move by saying hello in a dark empty house.
"It's empty." No shit.
"It's fucking disgusting in here," y/n said as she observed the large amount of cobwebs and dust.
"puwah! I got a spider web in my face...Peh peh!" Y/n kneeled down and swiped the webs off of Grim's face. Grim smiled a but in thanks.
"These tabled and chairs are tiny! Was this some kind of kindergarten?" Ace yelled.
"I mean, this is called dwarf's mine so maybe this is where the dwarfs' lived when they weren't mining."
Ace blinked a but, "oh. That makes sense." There was a aquard silence before Deuce shouted, "guys I think I found something!"

This chapter's bonus is a little storytime from me. If you don't want to read it then you can scroll until the end comes up and continue on.

But anyways. If Y'all remember the previous chapter's secret behind the seams. About how there's a rule against y/n and her having any access to a swivel chair. That was actually inspired by both Stein from Soul Eater and something that happened when I was younger.

So my mom wakes me up to go to church every Sunday. Well, when I was younger (around the age of 9 maybe 10) it was around Christmas time and me, some other children, and like one or two adults were decorating the halls with the tree, the sting lights, and stuff right. So me and this other girl (who I'm gonna call May) was just sitting here doing nothing but handing the adult watching us the frings red decorating line thing while the other older girls were placing ornaments on the tree. The adult (who I'm gonna call Sharal) tells up to go and get the other ornaments from the room (which was like down the hall and around the corner). Me and May nod and go do as told. However there were like three boxes of ornaments and we didn't know which one she wanted.
Then I spotted it.
It was just sitting there untouched. The beloved swivel chair.
I nudged the girl and told her we could bring all the boxes with the help of the swivel chair. We turned the chair so the back was facing the front and the boxes between us. We handed Mrs.Sharel the boxes and when about doing nothing. Until I pushed the chair and then jumped on with May still on it.
Tile floors + the fact the hall had a bit of an incline = absolute zoom
But one thing we forgot was the stairs at the end of the hall. We nearly flew down the stairs and ran a man coming down the hall over but we didn't :D
We were told to get off the chair though :(
But we got back on after like 5 minutes
