⚠️TW! Self harm mention, eating disorder mention, hospital, needles

---------------

{Tommy's POV}

I wake up in what looks like a hospital room, I squint my eyes to adjust to the bright lights above me.

I'm wearing a light gray hospital gown while covered with a rough white blanket. My wrist stings from earlier.

My eyes dart across the room to spot if anyone is around. But there is nobody in sight.

Where is everyone? I ask myself.

I begin to panic, my heart rate speeds up on the beeping monitor next to me.

I try to get up from the bed, but I realize there is an IV attached to my arm. I fucking hate needles.

I weakly attempt to take the needle out of my arm, I wince in pain just before a nurse opens the door to the room.

I quickly stop messing with it and look up at the nurse.

"Stop messing with your IV" The nurse speaks while closing the door behind her. How did she know?

"My name is Amanda, and I am your nurse, I need to ask you a couple questions before I bring your family in from the waiting room" Amanda says.

I nod. She takes out a clipboard from the drawer, pulls a stool from underneath the desk and sits to the side of the bed.

"On a scale of 1-10, How bad is your physical pain?" She asks.

"About a 5" I reply.

"Alright, do you remember anything that happened before you got here? You don't have to tell me what happened if you aren't comfortable"

"Yeah, I remember" I answer. Not really wanting to tell her.

The nurse seems to be very understanding, she doesn't ask why I didn't tell her. She just pushes it aside.

"Alright, I will now go get your family, they are very worried about you" She says while getting up from her chair and leaving the room.

After a couple of minutes, Wilbur, Techno and Phil enter the room.

"Oh my god, Tommy, we were so worried about you! How are you feeling?" Wilbur asks.

"I'm feeling a bit better" I answer.

"You gave us quite the scare" Phil states.

"This stupid IV itches so bad, why can't I just take it out?" I complain.

"It gives your body the liquid it needs, leave it alone, Tommy" Techno answers.

"Fineee" I reply while rolling my eyes.

After about 10 minutes of waiting for the doctors to come back, I see a shadowy figure in the corner of my eye.

I turned my head and then it disappeared. Probably just nothing. I thought.

"When can we go home?" I ask.

"The doctors are still running tests, and they also want to test you for depression" Wilbur replies.

"And how long is that going to take? I just want to go home" I ask impatiently.

10 minutes later, a male doctor with blonde hair and green eyes enters the room.

"Thomas Soot? We are ready to test you now. Please follow me this way" The doctor speaks.

I get up from the hospital bed and follow the doctor. He leads me to a room with a desk, a few lights and two chairs on each side of the desk.
