Packing

Red's pov

I felt dizzy as my old childhood home came into view. Am I ready to go back? I don't feel ready but it's not like I have a choice. Thanks to a certain pushy rival of mine I'm forced to confront everyone again.

Charzard landed me gently on my feet. I shot a glare at him and he shrunk down guiltily.

"hey took you long enough" blue came running up to me. It's only when he was right in front of me that I realised..

"you're shorter than me"

He stumbled back in shock "yeah I guess you got a freakishly big growth spurt"

"or you stopped growing" I said teasingly.

"rude!" he pouted "I too have grown since you last saw me. I'm not that short!"

I chuckled to myself. It's kinda fun being back with him again. I just wish it didn't have to be here.

"anyway I'll be upstairs packing. You remember where I live don't you?"

"of course. I've visited a thousand times" I rolled my eyes fondly.

"ok you come up soon. I'm not going to have you slacking off" he giggled.

"blue I really don't want to go anywhere" I tried to reason with him.

"and I really don't care" he placed his hands on his hips "you're coming with me and that's final! If you misbehave I'll have charzard carry you"

"I hate you" I growled.

"I love you too~" he booped my nose before running inside. I was about to follow him when..

"is that the champion?" I spun around to see several people gathering around me. I felt my breathing pick up. No. I can't handle this! I took off running to blues house.

I burst through his bedroom door. He spun around in surprise.

"what's with the panicked look? Dose packing scare you that much?" he said teasingly.

I took a few deep breaths. Calm yourself red. He doesn't need to know about your problems "I don't need to pack anything. I'm fine with what I'm wearing"

"you most certainly are not!" he folded his arms "still I had a feeling you were going to be weird about it so I packed you a bag. I'm amazing I know. Now let's go!"

"we're leaving already!?" I yelped.

"of course. The plane leaves in six hours so we gotta hurry" he raced out the door as he said it.

I sighed as I put the backpack on. At least I won't have to stay here too long...
