Chapter Twenty-Three:
Jeno's P.O.V:
I laid in bed awake. I couldn't sleep. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't. It was as if.. My mind was stuck on the idea.. The idea of her.
"No stop it Jeno. You're just tired." I told myself.
But after another twenty minutes and looking at the clock that now said 11:35pm, I knew she had my attention. She has me captivated.
Woo Rei Mi.
What made her so special? What did she do to make me like this?
Why am I being like this?
Learning to love was not my strongest point. I had a bad relationship. Seeing my girlfriend Joy making out with someone on my birthday at my party.. It was.. A devastating day, and a devastating moment. Eventually I got over it, but I don't even think I'm ready to love or even like again.
"Just go to sleep Jeno. It'll be fine when you wake up." I said to myself once more.
But as I closed my eyes, I only saw her face close to mine when I held her today.
And as I opened my eyes, my mind only thought of her.
"Holy shit." I said to myself, sitting up from my bed.
I stood up and walked around the room for a bit, trying to not accept that fact..
I sat down on my bed once more.
"Do I like Rei?" I said outloud.
I sighed in defeat for I knew what the answer was.
"Fuck. I think I do."
