When Beomgyu took his guitar and walked towards the door of the house, his grandmother called out to him.

"Beomgyu, Chaeyoung will come in the evening, don't come home too late."

He turned to his grandmother with a puzzled look.

"Why is Chaeyoung coming to us?"

"Today is the beginning of the year, I thought it would be nice if you enter the year together, so she said she would not break me and come."

Beomgyu took a deep breath.

"Grandma, when are you going to give this up? Chaeyoung and I, we don't love each other."

"It doesn't matter if you don't like it now, my son, maybe you will like it in the future. Besides, you're going to get married anyways."

"I was worried that you would be alone tonight, if Chaeyoung is coming, fine, you won't be alone at night. I'll be somewhere else tonight, I'll see you tomorrow."

Although his grandmother was calling behind him, he didn't stop listening to her and opened the door and left the house. With the cold air hitting just as he came out, he tucked into his scarf and coat a little more and moved with quick steps to the house across the road. When he knocked on the door, it was opened very soon after, and he quickly threw himself into the house without saying anything. As Soobin was looking at him with a confused look, he missed his gaze and carefully put his guitar against the wall and took off his scarf and coat. After hanging them up, he took his guitar and went into the hall.

"I suppose you've been thinking about what happened the other day, and that's why you're here? Are we making progress now?"

When Beomgyu threw himself on the sofa and rolled his eyes, he frowned when he saw Soobin coming out of the kitchen with two mugs in his hand.

"What are they?"

"I made hot chocolate because it was cold. You loved it very much when we were little, although I don't know if you still love it... If you don't like it, I can do something else."

"No need, hot chocolate is fine."

When Beomgyu smiled, Soobin came over to Beomgyu and put the mugs on the coffee table in front of them.

"You brought your guitar."

Beomgyu had approved him with his head and wrapped his hands around one of the mugs and tried to warm his hands.

"You said you missed it."

"Beomgyu, just because of that, you didn't need to bring it."

"I know, I want something to change too. Still, that doesn't mean I've completely forgiven you, I think you need to work a little harder."

Soobin sighed and took a sip of his hot chocolate.

"Actually, it doesn't look like that, you look like you've forgiven me, even though I didn't do anything."

When he looked at Beomgyu and winked, the other rolled his eyes.

"There's something you've forgotten, just because I'm acting like I've forgiven you doesn't mean
I've forgiven you, Soobin."

"We'll see when 1 month is over, Beomgyu."

As a grin formed on his face, Beomgyu turned his gaze to the window.

"Um, well, is the offer I rejected the other day still valid?"

"What offer?"

Beomgyu was sipping his hot chocolate as he turned his gaze back to Soobin.
