Beomgyu frowned at the sight he saw when he left the house. While Hueningkai was putting the two suitcases he had in the trunk of the taxi, Soobin was watching him from the window. When he came eye to eye with Hueningkai, Hueningkai smiled at him and came over to him.

"Beomgyu, can we talk?"

Hueningkai sighed when Beomgyu nodded his head in approval.

"I know you love Soobin, I read the notebook, I'm sorry about that.."

Beomgyu quickly shook his head, he couldn't be ending Soobin and Hueningkai's relationship because of the things he wrote in high school, right?

"No, no, Hueningkai, they were the things I wrote when I was in high school, they have no validity now. Soobin probably told you that too, if that's why you got into a fight or something, don't. You both love each other, and my feelings are long gone."

He felt bad for lying, but he couldn't let Soobin and Hueningkai break up just because of that, Soobin was happy when he was with Hueningkai. Hueningkai smiled slightly as his eyes filled.

"Beomgyu, you don't need to lie to me, I can see that you still love him.."

After taking a deep breath, he continued.

"Soobin doesn't like me, Beomgyu, I realized that after I came here. Soobin and I didn't fight either, you don't have to worry about that, we both talked and decided that it was best for us to break up. I just wanted to thank you, even though you love Soobin, you have strived for my relationship with him."

Beomgyu was surprised by what he heard, he didn't expect them to be separated.

"I... I didn't do anything.."

Hueningkai smiled and wrapped his arms around Beomgyu.

"I hope you can be happy after this, Beomgyu.."

After separating his arms, he got into a taxi and drove away from there. Beomgyu looked at the back of the vehicle, which was getting further and further away, when it completely disappeared, he turned his gaze to Soobin, still standing there looking at him, but there was no expression of emotion on his face. Beomgyu bowed his head with the guilt he felt and walked away from there.

As he was walking home from his shift at the cafe, Beomgyu stopped in front of the grocery store and looked inside. After sighing and going inside, he had bought two beers and some food. Although the owner of the store was surprised by this, he didn't say anything. With the bag in his hand, he stopped in front of Soobin's house for a while and then clicked on the door. A few seconds later, when Soobin opened the door, he looked at Beomgyu's face.

"I gave you 1 month, during this 1 month I was going to pretend to forgive you for the old events, but you are not trying at all."

He lifted the bag in his hand a little and let Soobin see it.

"Can I come in?"

When Soobin stepped aside, he smiled slightly and stepped into the house where a very large part of his childhood was spent. When Soobin closed the door behind him, Beomgyu turned towards Soobin.

"I'm sorry Soobin, your relationship is over because of me... I knew you liked Hueningkai.. I tried to tell him, but he wouldn't listen to me.."

Soobin laughed and pressed his index finger on Beomgyu's lips.

"There's nothing for you to apologize for, Beomgyu, you didn't do anything wrong."

When Beomgyu nodded his head, Soobin took the bag in his hand. After looking inside the bag, he raised his gaze to Beomgyu's face again.
