The main characters are Shadow, Rouge, Omega, Espio, and Knuckles
The main villain will be a scientist called Leo, who wants to study Shadow, also Eggman appears a lot too
Their ally's will be G.U.N and they do missions for G.U.N to research stuff like Chaos, Wisps, and the Emeralds.
It will start with a Maria flashback before Shadow wakes up in a G.U.N facility, Rouge is mad at Shadow for thinking of Maria again, they meet up with Omega and agree to help G.U.N they capture Knuckles and convince him to help, and Espio joins after fighting with Shadow. Halfway until all the stories meet, they go on a mission to retrieve a chaos emerald, go through some suspicious guys trying to take it, and fight with Sonic
