"North City, 8:00 P.M"
In the parking lot of Abigail's Diner, a black Chevy Tahoe sits out front. Inside the SUV, Titano looks himself in the mirror while Kiryu plays a space invaders copy cat on his Motorola flip-phone. Titano pulls out a bottle of cologne and sprays himself before pulling out a pack of breath mints and scarfing the entire thing down.
Kiryu: So you're excited for your first date?
Titano: Yeah!
Kiryu: What time she said she'd be here?
Titano: Around this time I think.
Titano looks over at Kiryu.
Titano: So...how do I look?
Kiryu pauses his game and looks at Titano who was wearing a grey hoodie, black pants, and black, gold, and white Jordans.
Kiryu: Like Eminem from 8 Mile!
Titano: *Sigh* My palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy! There's vomit on my sweater already, Uub's spaghetti! I'm nervous, but on the surface, I look calm and ready to drop bombs, but I...
Kiryu: Just stop!
Titano: Ok.
Suddenly, a pair of bright lights appear in the rear view mirror as Kiryu looks up and spots a taxi parked behind him and Titano.
Kiryu: Welp. There she goes!
Titano: Yeah.
Kiryu: *Slaps Titano's shoulder* Go get her, tiger!
Titano opens the door.
Titano: Uh...Kiryu? Could you follow me in? I'm nervous!
Kiryu: No way! I'm not being anybody's third wheel!
Titano: C'mon on, dude!
Kiryu: *Sigh* Ok. Fine. Only this once though!
Titano and Kiryu hop out together as the taxi door opens as an 18 year old Caucasian girl with sky blue eyes and long blonde hair, wearing a red and white long sleeved shirt, jeans, and multi-colored Converses hops out before waving.
The taxi then pulls out of the parking lot and drives off as the girl walks up to Titano.
"You're Tyrone?"
Titano: Uh...yeah! That's me! The one and only!
Tina: I'm Tina!
Titano: I know!
Titano and Tina shake hands for the very first time.
Titano: This here's my best friend, Kir...err...Kevin! Me and him go way back!
Tina: Nice to meet you too, Kevin!
Tina shakes hands with Kiryu.
Tina: So what's on the agenda, Tyrone?
Titano: I was thinking we could grab a bite to eat from the diner and then go for a stroll around town while chatting and getting to know each other better, y'know?
Tina: Sounds fun!
There was an awkward moment of silence as Titano stares at Tina while slowly beginning to sweat nervously.
Titano: How are you?
Tina: I'm fine.
Titano: *Mumbling* You're goddamn right.
Tina: Huh?
Titano: The door to the diner's on our right! Shall we go in, my lady?
Tina: Why of course, good sir!
