"Haddaway Slums, 10:00 P.M"
In an alleyway, Red X looks down at his watch, keeping an eye on the time as he awaited his adversary's arrival.
"HEY!"
Red X turns to find a figure standing in the shadows.
"I'm ready when you are!"
A lightning bolt flashes in the backdrop, lighting the entire alleyway up and revealing X standing several feet from Red X.
Red X: *Chuckles*
X: The charades end here, Red X! All of it! Right here, right now!
Red X: You're right...
Red X tucks his arms into his cape.
Red X: There can only be one!
Red X throws a dozen X-Blades at X who quickly reacts by performing a backflip, dodging the incoming projectiles before landing behind a nearby dumpster.
Once behind cover, X places two Booster Mods onto the dumpster and activates them, sending the dumpster flying in Red X's direction. Red X hops onto the incoming dumpster and front-flips over it. While his adversary was in mid-air, X fires his Grapple Gun, wrapping it Red X's ankles before slinging him into a brick wall and splashing into a puddle.
Red X: *Sigh* You and your little gadgets!
Red X pulls out a Combat Knife and Taser.
Using his knife, Red X cuts the grapple line, freeing himself before sending a current of electricity through the line and into X's body, electrocuting him and causing him to drop his Grapple Gun.
Red X then hops to his feet and pulls out a second knife before charging at X.
Red X: You're not the only one with a few toys!
X tosses two dozen Explosive Pellets at Red X's feet, causing him to stop in his tracks and look down in terror.
Red X: Ah, fuck!
The pellets detonate all at once, generating a large explosion that propels Red X into the air. Red X quickly gains his bearings in mid air and grabs ahold of a ladder on the side of an eight story building before making his way to the rooftop as X quickly gives chase.
On the rooftop, Red X looks at his burning cape that was set ablaze by the explosion as he quickly removes it and tosses it aside as it continues to burn.
Suddenly, Red X is knocked to the ground as X tackles him from behind.
The two operatives are sent tumbling across the rooftop.
X grabs Red X and tosses him a few feet away.
Red X regains his bearings in mid-air once again and lands on his feet as he slides back some before coming to a halt.
Dark clouds gather in the sky, raindrops descend from above, and thunder rumbles in the distance, setting the mood for the inevitable showdown.
X pulls out his Katanas and Red X grabs his Sai before they both take up fighting stances.
Soundtrack- Dragon Ball Z: Vegeta vs Frieza Theme (Bruce Falconer)
The two operatives lock eye with one another as brief standoff occurs before they both charge and clash in the center of the rooftop with a jarring clang.
A struggle of dominance ensues as the two adversaries push and shove against each other's might, attempting to gain leverage.
X eventually gains the upper hand and shoves Red X back, sending him staggering backwards.
