Part 12

Macau}

When I woke, I sat up. I looked around.

"Good morning, babe."

I looked up at Chay. He was up and dressed, drinking some coffee. Kim was doing the same. Then it hit me like a boulder. Everything that happened last night. I got up and got dressed.

"Let's go, Chay?"

"What? Wait, what's wrong?"

"Let's go home now."

"Macau, come have some coffee and breakfast with Chay and me?"

"No, Kim. Chay?"

I looked at Chay. Chay put down his coffee and walked over to me.

"Let's go home."

We started to leave. Kim came running over to us, and he put his hand out to Macau to stop him.

"Macau, please wait. What's going on? Talk to me."

I pulled away from Kim. I looked at Chay.

"Come on, let's go now."

We went to go around, but Kim stepped in front.

"Macau, please. Don't leave like this."

"Kim, stop. I can't do this now. I need time, move, or I will move you."

Chay looked at Kim.

"Kim, give Macau time. Let us go."

Kim looked at Chay and then back at me.

"Macau, I'll be here when you're ready to talk."

Then he moved out of the way. I took hold of Chay and went to the door. When I opened it, Vegas was at the door. He had his hand up going to knock. I looked at him.

"Can you take us home?"

He looked at me, and I knew he was mad, not at Chay and me, but at Kim.

"Get in the car, both of you."

We both nodded and went to the car. Chay got in the car, and I looked back at Kim and Vegas. They were arguing; Vegas had enough and came back to the car. Kim was looking at me. He mouthed to me.

"I'll be waiting."

I kept looking at him.

"Get in the car now, Macau."

I looked at Vegas and nodded. I got in the car with Chay, and we left.

Kim}

Chay and I were talking about how much fun we had last night. Chay even told me that he had no problem with the family relationship. Which was a given. We both saw that Macau was waking up. Chay and I started talking to Macau, but he looked like he got hit by a Mack truck. Suddenly, he got up and got dressed. He started pulling Chay out of the house. I tried to stop him and calm him down. But he was not in the mood to talk about it. Chay finally spoke up and told me to give Macau some time. So, I let them go. Macau's brother was at my door looking for Macau. After Chay and Macau went to the car, Vegas talked to me.

"You did this; now take responsibility. I won't leave you be if you hurt Macau and Chay."

Vegas walked away. I looked at Macau.

"I'll be here when you're ready."

Vegas made Macau get in and leave with him.

"This is not over; I won't let it be. Macau and Chay are mine."
