26. A LESSON TO KHET

A very important meeting is going on... But Virat's mind was not there... He was continuously thinking about that khet....

'Uss khet ke bacche ka kuch to karna padega.... Ye meri biwi ki saari attention apni taraf keech raha hai....wo to neend me bhi usi ke saath dance kar rahi thi.... '

He was lost in his deep thinking when his PA shook him....

'Sir aap sun bhi rahe hai??'  his PA asked...

'H.... Haa.... Wo..... Iss meeting ko 2 din baad phir se rakhte hai.... Actually mujhe abhi bhut zaroori kaam hai... Mujhe jana hoga... ' he said and got up....

He was going out when his PA came running towards him...

'Sir...Are you OK??' he Asked

'Yes Jatin I'm fine.... Actually I need your help..... ' he said after thinking

'Yes Sir boliye na.... ' he said

'Hume abhi Nagpur Medical collage Jana hoga.... Koi bahana hai waha jaane ka..... ' asked Virat

'Sir waha to bhabhi ji padhti hai na.... Aap unse milne chale jaiye... ' Jatin suggested

'Usse iss baare ne pata nahi chalna chahiye.... Kuch or hai to batao.... ' he said

'Sir.... Waha pe Youth festival hone wala hai or invitation humare paas bhi aya hai.... Aap chahe to jaa sakte hai....' he said

'Lekin Youth festival to parso hai... Main aaj jaa kar kya karunga... ' he asked

'Arey Sir... Aap bol dena ki kuch dates me confusion ho gaya hai.... ' he said

'Thank you Jatin..... I love you...' he said and hugged him...

'Kya Sir aap bhi.... ' laughed Jatin

Virat reached Sai's college..... He prayed that he shouldn't met Sai..

He reached at the Principal's office...

'Hello.... Sir... ' he said as he entered

'Hello Mr Chavan.... How are you..' said the Principal and shook hand with him...

'Sir..I'm very good.... Wo.... Aaj hi hai na aapke college me youth festival... ' asked Virat

'Arey nahi Mr Chavan... I think aapko kuch confusion hua hai  wo to parso hai.... ' said the principal

'Ohh.... Ab kya karu... Ek kaam kariye aap Nachiket ko bula dijiye...' said Virat

'Sorry sir.... Who?? ' asked the Principal confusingly

'Wo... Wo... Sir... Haa... Maine suna hai aapke college me students kafi ache singer hai.... Unme se jo sabse accha gata hai... Usse bula dijiye... Main bhi usse mil kar (in mind: uski haddiya todna chahta hoon) khud usse encourage karna chahta hoon... Taki wo apna passion na chore... ' he fakely smiled

'Humare college me sabse accha gana to Aniket hi gata hai... You must meet him... Very talented boy... ' the Principal call the peon and asked him to call Aniket..

Aniket came...

'Aao Aniket.... Ye Mr. Chavan hai... Ye tumse personally milna chahte hai... '  he said

'Sir kya main aapke student se thodi der akele me baat kar sakta hoon.... ' he asked

'Sure... Sure.... Waise bhi mujhe arrangements dekhne jaana hai... Aap log yahi pe continue kijiye... ' said the Principal and left...

'Hello Sir.... Aniket Morre...' he introduced himself...

'To tum ho wo khet.... I mean Aniket..... ' saying this Virat got up...

'Yes sir... ' he nervously said

He stood beside him and matches his height...

'Utna bhi lamba nhi hai... ' he mumbled.

'Sorry sir....' he asked

Nahi wo aaj kal ke singers kaafi lambe hote hai na... Lambe baal and all.... ' he excused

Aniket smiled nervously

'To gaana gaate ho......to pure dil se gao.... Par dhyaan rahe gaana sirf manoranjan ke liye gao.... Kisi ladki ko impress karne ke liye na.....waise girlfriend hai ya nahi tumhari.... ' asked Virat

'N... No Sir.... Girlfriend nahi hai par bhut si ladkiyan dost hai meri... ' he said

'Accha.... Sabse acchi dost kon hai?? ' asked Virat suspiciously

'S...sir wo.... Sai...o... Or Ami..... Ye dono meri acchi dost hai....' he told

'Haa to unko aaj se behen maan lena....samajhla..... ' he sweetly said

'But... Sir.... ' Aniket stopped as he saw him glaring

'O... OK Sir... Thank you.... Ab main jau.... ' he nervously asked

'Bilkul jao.... Par meri baaton ka dhyaan rakhna.... All the best...' he said and Aniket ran out from there...

Virat waited till the Principal came back

'Thank you Sir....nice to meet your student.... ' Virat said to the Principal

'Mr Chavan....aap parso ke function me aayenge na.... ' asked Principal sir

'Sure sir.... I'll try my best... ' he said and they shook hands and Virat came out...

As he came out he saw Sai with her friends.... He immediately hid behind his car...

'Agar uss khet ne ya Sai me mujhe yaha dekh liya to....beta Virat tu to gaya.... Ab jaldi nikal yaha se....warna ye tufaan mail yahi tabahi macha degi.... '  thought Virat

He silently sat in his car and drove off.....
