This conversation with Minghao just now was... intense to say the least. I definitely needed some time to process everything that just happened but that is impossible with Jun, Seungkwan and Soonyoung in the same room.

As soon as Minghao had left to go to God knows where, they besieged me. Everyone was talking and signing at once and I had no chance to even grasp half of it.
I looked to Jihoon for help but he just spared me an innocent smile and kept watching. Thanks for the rescue, midget.
I bet he was highly amused by the situation and more than happy to finally have someone else deal with the bunch of excited idiots. If I were in his place, I would enjoy the scene as well...

"GUYS!! I only have two eyes!! It's not like I can listen to you all simultaneously!! I have to see it in order to understand it!! And I'm sorry but I can't look at all of you at the same time. My eyes and my brain don't work like this!!"

"Upsy-daisy..."
Upsy-daisy indeed.
Jun motioned to Seungkwan.
"Boo, you tell him! You're a great host so you should do it!"
"I agree with Jun. Seungkwan should tell him!"
All the attention was now on Seungkwan but I chimed in before he could start.
"Should we maybe move to the couch? It seems like there is a lot to talk about and I doubt that you guys want to stand for all of it..."
"Good point. Come on, let's go to the living room. Jihoonie, you're coming as well!!"

Soonyoung skipped happily to Jihoon and tugged on his sleeve to make him move to which the smaller happily complied. As I said... WHIPPED!!
Jun followed suit, which left only Seungkwan and I in the kitchen.

The other wanted to headed for the living room as well when I held him back.
"Seungkwan-ah, how come you're all this good in using sign language? You're so fluent and don't pause in between to think about the right signs. It seems so natural for all of you. I'm really impressed."

Seungkwan snorted.
"Thanks I guess. But it's all Jihoon's fault, well accomplishment is probably the better word.
Without him, we wouldn't be nearly as good as we are. He made us learn sign language right in the beginning!"

"He did??"
"He might look like an angry racoon, but you should know how soft his heart really is. Of course he'd make us learn signs in order to help you. It's such a Jihoon thing to do..."
"I still can't believe it. You all did that. You learned signs. For me."
"Well, yeah... I guess. But at some point it wasn't just for you."
"What do you mean?"
"You want to hear the whole story?"
"Yes, please."

"Fine. I'll tell you.
As I said, Jihoon made us learn signs right from the beginning. We had secret meet ups in the evenings to practice together and he would make us read this one really thick book about use of sign language and dos and don'ts. Good God, how I hated this book!! It was so dry!!
Especially during the time you were hiding inside your room we've been practicing nonstop. We made the best of your sulking time and we were actually quite content with our sign knowledge by the end of the month. We knew enough to teach you the basics and maybe make your day a little easier. Only to find out you had left us for good."
He gave me a pointed look. Welp, it's called coping mechanism.

"So yeah. We've used sign language ever since your failed operation! Of course we're good at it! Years and years of practice pay off you know.
After you'd left we just kept on practicing our signs because we thought you might come back one day and we didn't want you to feel left out. At some point however, it became something that was just fun.
It's nice to do something with your hands while talking and it feels a bit like a secret code between friends or something.
We kept using sign language during meet ups and we'd even sign in public.  It's amazing to observe reactions of people around oneself!!"

I was baffled. Seungkwan basically just told me how absolutely amazing, caring, loving and brilliant my friends are. And they seemed to have mastered sign language much faster than I did but that's beside the point.

"Seungkwan... that's... I don't know what to say..."
"Yes yes. We're amazing. I know. Now come on before they send the police to look for us. I still have to tell you about the tea!!"

This boy is unbelievable. He's absolutely incorrigible. IS EVERYTHING IN LIFE ABOUT TEA???

B3: YES! YES YES YES YES!!! EVERYTHING IS ABOUT TGE TEA. THE TEAAAAAAA!!! NOW GO! MOVE! LIVING ROOM. NOWWWW!! I. NEED. THE. TEEAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

I shook my head, hoping it would make me focus again. Seungkwan had already left the kitchen and I hurried after him.

Upon entering the living room my gaze was automatically attracted by Hao's amazing hair. The blue-purpleish colour suited him so well!! Blue-purple Minghao is superior. And that's facts!
I quickly signed a simple "I love the hair" in his direction and he gave me a nod in reply.

"Hyung! Come sit next to me. And Kwannie, you start with the tea!" Soonyoung vigorously tapped the empty seat next to him. I complied. And then Seungkwan finally began.

"Okay, first things first. Junhao. I know they already told you a bit of their story but they left out all the good parts and I am so ready to fill you in on all the details!! Listen here..."

And with that Seungkwan began a very long, very detailed and most importantly a very intriguing account of all the things that had happened ever since we were children.
He is an amazing story teller, I can say this much. I wouldn't consider myself a overly patient man, but Seungkwan made me sit through an almost three hour long monolog and made it feel like half an hour!! I didn't know something like this was possible. I completely lost track of time during his review of the last years.

I know you probably wouldn't mind me writing down everything Seungkwan had said in this time, but my hand would. So I decided to just give you a short summery of the most important bits and pieces. There will be enough time later on to tell you some of the anecdotes and to give you an impression of Seungkwan's narrating skills I suppose. But now is not the time.
Please enjoy my little list for now.

Le Tea (based on the hopefully truthful account of Boo Seungkwan)
- Junhao are a couple (duh, you and I both already knew this much)
- Jihoon has a crush on a 'secret person' (Soonyoung was listening so Kwannie couldn't just say his name. It's their business...well at least until I make it my business hehe)
- Jisoo has a boyfriend as well, who's name is apparently Seokmin, but also Dokyeom? (I'm still a bit lost, but I was told he'll come by later to join us for the movie night so I'll probably ask him about it myself)
- Joshua has a weird obsession with the song Sunday Morning and I should run whenever he starts to sing it (At this point I had to ask who in the world Joshua was and to my surprise it turned out my friends have this strange habit of using two names. Because this Joshua guy is no other than Jisoo himself... Well thank you for the confusion... Apparently it is his american name which's existence I had completely erased from my memory. Upsyy...)
- Seungkwan is dating some Vernon guy but apparently they aren't official yet (He'll come by later as well so I can get to know him too. Yey. People. Wohoo)
- Junhao adopted three cats by accident (Yep. That's possible. I'll tell you the story another time)
- Soonyoung really does believe he is a tiger and invented a Hornaghae??? Don't ask me about it!! I don't know what that's supposed to be either!!
- There apparently exist photographic evidence of Jihoon eating a guitar, Jisoo being Holy Jisoo, Soonyoung embracing his inner Snow white by talking to a bird on his shoulder, the Vernon guy wearing a lot of weird glasses, the Seokmin guy being a literal clown, Seungkwan attacking Soonyoung with an air kick, Minghao being done with the world from at least 20 different angles and Jun holding up a Help Me sign. Yep, definitely sounds like the group of friends I would surround myself with. And believe me when I say I'll get my hands on each and every one of those photographs!! THEY ARE MINE MUHAHAHAHA!

Believe me or not, this is not even close to the actual amount of information Seungkwan supplied that evening. He is a real gold mine!! He holds onto ALL the tea. It's crazy really!

It wasn't just the content that got me immersed though. It was the way he would use little anecdotes and jokes to make it more fun, how he would occasionally throw his arms about or fight back a fit of laughter. It was in the way he exaggerated and blew simple actions out of proportion. It was everything combined really.

Seungkwan and tea: a threat.
