Background: When Bruce was just a baby, he inherited a mutate gene from his father when he was testing out samples for the military, his father was trying to find a cure for his son, so he confronted his former boss but when general Ross refused him to help him, David threaten that one day all of his methods for military artillery would be exposed, taking that threat to heart, he decided to send out one of his army men, a man named Carl creel, to kill them both, after the deed, Bruce was later taken in by a family friends of theirs, the beechers, where Bruce and Karen soon became friends, and that friendship continued in high school.
