Shekar and Maya was fuming in anger as they couldnt find Sid even with the help of those men of mafia kings. Its been nearly month now and Sid is nowhere to be found. If they couldnt find him in next one week they have to return back the money which half of it have been spent on finding him already.

Maya: Shekar what are we going to do now...we havent find him till now..the time is running out..

She: i am also thinkig about that only Maya...that stupid hs escaped from us and it seems like he vanished in air...its been a month and we couldnt find him... i dont know where he is hiding...

Maya:yeah..but we have to find him anyhow...we cant afford to lose this deal...we cant return back the money...and also spending our whole time in searching for him we havent done other business deals also...

She:i just need a single clue Maya....i will get him in my hold...just one clue...he said frustrated.

That time one of his good came to them.

Goon: sir...a young boy has came to meet u...

She: who...

Goon: dont know sir...he says he wants to meet u urgently...

Maya:young boy means...how old..

Goon: may be 20 to 22...

Maya: could it be him Shekar...

She: no Maya...why would he come back knowing that his life is in danger...and also all of our men know him very well...he was their favourite punch bag back then....lets go and see..

They went to the hall and saw there was indeed a boy sitting on the couch. He was hardly 22. But his looks and features told something else...

She:hello young man...u wanted to meet me...he said standing infront of him. The boy stood up seeing him.

Boy: u are Shekar and Maya right...

She: yes...and u...

Boy: I am Anand....from Kolkata...

Abhi and Vaishu went back to home. Sid was sitting sadly and by the looks it was evident he has cried. He saw Abhinavi coming inside and composed himself. But with one look Abhi knew what was his condition. He could read Sid in and out even before he came to know that he is his brother...now after knowing the truth he can pinpoint whats going in his mind.

Vai:si-she was about to call him as siddharth as Abhi know the truth now but Abhi cut her off.

Abhi:Shiva..what happened...he asked when Vaishu looked at in shock. Abhi just shook his head in no and she remained silent.

Abhi went to Sid and sat beside him. There was still unshed tears in his eyes threatening to spill. Abhi knew that he was upset as he didnt found the bracelet till now. He slipped his hand inside the pocket and felt for both the bracelets. A tear rushed to his eyes but he cant let the truth come out now and he was not ready to see the hatred in sids eyes for him. So he quickly wiped the tears before sid could notice.

Abhi:Shiva...tell me...

Sid: i couldnt find  the bracelet i was searching for bhai...it..it was moms last gift...i feel like i lost her..he broke down completely. Abhi hugged him immediately. For him also that bracelet was so special that he felt his biological mom is always with him. He also couldnt afford to lose it anytime.

Abhi: Shiva...hey...dont cry...it will be here only...lets search together...we will find...

Sid:but i searched everywhere bhaiya...i couldnt find it...i lost it...i lost my mumma...if dada comes to know about this he will never forgive me....he said in his vulnerable state.

Abhi looked at sid with wide eyes. He talked about him without any hate in his voice. It gave him a confidence.Should i tell him...he thought to himself. But stopped himself remembering the promise.

Abhi:No shiva...dont cry...we will search together..it will be here somewhere...

Vsi:haa Shiva....u go and search in ur room again...me and Abhi will search in my room also...

Sid:ok...he said wiping is tears went towards his room. Vaishu who waited till he disappears into the room held Abhis room and dragged him into her room.

Vai: why Abhi....why are u doing this...he deserves to know the truth...just tell him...please...

Abhi: no vaishu...he will hate me...

Vai:no Abhi...he is ur brother...ur ashu....he cant hate u...he is just angry...its just a misunderstanding...if u tell him the truth now he will understand u....

Abhi: what will i tell him vaishu...that i am his elder brother who let him suffer alone in that abusive foster home and here i was enjoying my life with full of luxuries...

Vai:no Abhi...u also suffered here in the absence of ur brother...dont forget u almost lost ur life when Smitha ma's brother in law tried to kill u for the property....dont forget how many times u escaped death from his hand when he kidnapped u...u was just 14 that time Abhi...u also had ur own problems here...u were not enjoying ur luxuries here...

Abhi: i know vaishu...but i had mom..u..uncle with me whenever i was in problem...u guys never let me to face this world alone...uncle stood as wall a infront of me sheilding me from the problems...but he...my ashu...he was all alone..alone suffering their abuse...u itself told me about the scars on his body Vaishu...how can i be calm after knowing how they tortured him...

Vai:i know...but now also u are leaving him alone only Abhi...tell him that u are his dada...tell him u are there to protect him from all the problems from now...

Abhi:i am not leaving him alone Vaishu...from now i am going to protect him no matter what... the only thing is i am not going to reveal who i am really...i will but at the right time...not now...

Vai:but-she was cut off when there was a knock on the door..

Sid: di...i searched fully in my room...its not there...he said coming inside when Abhi turned aside to hide his tears. He slowly took sids bracelet and threw it under the table...

Vai: lets search here...she said and all three of them started searching. Abhi pretended to search here and there. He took the bracelet under the table.

Abhi: Shiva look is this one....he said showing him the bracelet.

Sid who was searching on the other side turned and saw Abhi having his bracelet in his hand. Tears welled up in hands and without wasting a second he ran to him. Abhi forwarded the bracelet but before taking it Sid hugged Abhi tightly when tears rolled down. Abhi smiled a little and hugged him and kissed his head.

Abhi:i love u ashu...i promise u...i will always protect u...he thought in his mind tightening his grip..
