But Abhi didn't heard Vaishu and went to sid startling him suddenly and grabbed his wrist and started to drag him away making him squirm in his grip in fear.

Sid: bhai...

Avu who was confused on seeing Abhi angry with him ran behind them. Vaishu tried to stop Abhi. It was always Abhi vs Anand in the school and it continued in college also. Poking in Abhi's matters are the full time work for Anand. They hated eachother. Abhi knew Anand is dangerous but he didnt knew what and how  exactly he is dangerous.

Seeing Sid with him didnt sit well for him. He didn't wanted Anand anywhere near Sid.

Anand and his group was watching Abhi dragging sid away. Anand was smirking while others were confused. Soon Abhi took sid to a empty classroom followed by Vaishu and Avneet.

Abhi looked at Avu.

Abhi: what are u doing here...his tone was so cold which made sid to flinch in fear.

Abhi saw him trembling and he calmed down a bit seeing him in that state. He left his wrist and took him in his embrance. But sid flinched on his touch.

Abhi: Shiva...it's ok...it's me...

Sid: pl..please bhai...don...don't hurt me please..i..i am sorry....i am sorry....he said letting the tears down.

Vaishu ran to him and hugged him quickly. Sid hid himself in her embrance. He was literally shaking like a leaf. She rubbed his back and tried to calm him.

Vai: it's ok Shiva...abhi is not angry at u...he will not hurt u...ever...calm down...

She said wiping his tears. Still he was looking at Abhi in fear. Abhi sighed and carefully approached him.

Abhi: i am sorry Shiva...i am really sorry....i didn't meant to scare u....i just got worked up when i saw u with him...

Avu: who...

Abhi: Anand....what were u doing with him and his gang...

Avu: i was just talking to him and he said he knew si...Shiva....she said looking at sid

Vai: how do u know him Shiva....u are coming to college today only na...

Sid: he..he came to our restaurent di...

Vai: what...but when ....i didnt met him...she asked in pure shock.

Sid: u was not there when he came...

Abhi: how many times he came Shiva...

Sid: two to three times....

Vai: what....was i not there all those times...

Sid just nodded in yes. Vaishu got shocked and looked at Abhi...she knew something is behind for Anands behaviour...as Anand never comes to their restaurent especially after knowing it belongs to Vaishu. But if he has came now and that too at the time when she was not there means it was not a good news.

Abhi: he is upto something vaishu...he said gritting his teeth. Sid snuggled more to vaishu on Abhi's harsh tone.

Vai: Abhi please....calm down....u are scaring him....

Abhi sighed again. He went to sid and took him from vaishu into his arms. This time sid didn't flinched or backed. He let himself hug Abhi. It was a weird feeling for him that he felt safe with Abhi. He didn't knew why and didn't wanted to know why. He just wanted the warmth and he will take it without complain.

Sid calmed down on hearing Abhi's heartbeat. It felt like he was hugging his own brother for a second. But he quickly shrugged off his thoughts. He hates his brother and the guy comforting him is not his brother. But he felt safe.

Abhi: i am sorry....don't be scared ok...

Sid nodded his head on his chest. Abhi kissed his forehead. Avu smiled at the sight but something was bothering her terribly. Why was her best friend behaving like this?... Sid was the most charming one in their group. He made everyone happy and comfort around him. But now he was seeking for comfort that too terribly.

She still remembers how he used to defend her and their friends in front of their seniors when they bully them. But now it was like just someone erased his character and rewrote it. He was flinching and getting scared on a harsh tone.

She remembered vaishu saying that his foster parents tortured him. But why...and what did they do to him to become like this...and what about sid searching for his brother who he lost in his childhood. She had so many questions but the one who should answer all of those was not in a correct state of mind.

She was still looking at sid drowned in her own thoughts when Abhi spoke again.

Abhi: Shiva...see here...that Anand is not a good guy ok...stay away from him...and u too Avneet...he is not a guy to be trusted....

Avu: ok....but...

Vai: Avneet please....u don't know about him....i and Abhi knew him from our school...he is not a good news...stay away as possible as u could...and yeah keep Shiva also away from him....

Avu nodded in ok. Then they left from there. Abhi made a mental note to warn Anand to stay away from Shiva. He will not let him hurt Shiva for avenging him.

On the other hand.

Shalu: woah.....what was that....

Anand: i didnt thought that Abhishek will come like this and drag him away.....

Ashok: yeah....

Anand: i was just talking with him ...he spoiled  everything ....

Shalu: yeah....i was about to talk to him....

Ashok: leave that...but Anand tell me how u know him...u talked to him so casually....

Anand: yeah i said na...i made friendship with him in the restaurent he works....

Ashok: which restaurent....

Anand: that Vaishnavi's restaurent....

Ashok: woah...dude...u never went there after u came to know she owns it....then why now...and what's with that boy....are u planning something....

Anand: it's none of ur business Ashok...stay out of it...he said and left from there not giving a chance to reply.

He went and saw Sidshek and Vaishneet sitting in the corner of the cafe eating. Sid was  now calmed down and he was sitting with Abhi. The way he was leaning on to him and talking to him showed how much he relied on Abhi.

And also the way Abhi held him showed how much important he was for him still now Anand didn't knew what is their relationship but the bond between them fascinated him and he will definitely use that bond to his advantage and make Abhi to dance to his tunes.

But little did he knew he has made a huge mistake and when Abhi comes to know who really sid is Anand is gone for what he is going to do...

Abhi's eyes widened in shock looking at the thing in his hand. He couldn't conclude anything but only one word came from his mouth...

Abhi: A..Ashu....he said when a tear rolled down and he clutched the thing in his hand to his heart.
