Shekar and maya got shocked seeing so much guards that they out numbered them. There was more than 15 guards when they had just 3 goons...but they pretended like they were not shocked and scared.

Maya: then who is his legal guardian huh...u...she asked sarcastically....

VD: not her...but ME......

Everyone got shocked on hearing him except Smitha and Abhinavi. Sid was confused when he heard the words..

Sid: uncle...

VD looked at Shekar and Maya who was shocked and confused along with their men...

VD: Abhi....take vaishu and sid inside...see her hand is bleeding...give her first aid...

Sidshek looked at vaishu's hand and she had some scratches on her elbow and it was bleeding. Sid quickly ran to her and took her hand in his...his eyes filled up seeing her in pain. Abhi was fuming in anger. He was about to pounce on shekar who pushed her but Smitha stopped him.

Smitha: Abhi...take sid inside....i dont want him to see what's going to happen here...

Abhi: ok ma...he said and turned to sid.

Sid: but bhaiya...

Abhi: mumma and uncle will handle here sid...come...he said wrapping his hands around his shoulder.

Sid looked at Shekar and Maya who were glaring at him with anger. Sid shivered under their gaze. Abhi tightened his grip on him and held Vaishu's hands and took them inside.

As soon as they went inside VD and Smitha turned to Shekar.

Smitha: shall we discuss the matter now....

SM1: what's there to discuss...we can file a case on u as u have kidnapped our child....

Smitha: first of all...siddharth is 18...so he is a major in all sense...he is not ur child....he is ours...

VD: yeah...i am his legal gaurdian....

Shekar: what's stupidity is this...i am his legal guardian from last 9 years....

Smitha: do u have proof...

Maya: yeah we have ...she said smirking when one of their men forwarded a file.

Maya took out the adoption document which they had and gave to Smitha. Smitha took the document and signed VD. He nodded his head and went inside. He came out with a file and took out the document similar to it. At that time some one rang the calling bell.

They turned to see and found a man who came inside on Smitha's invite.

Smitha: actually he is Mr.Ashok vittal...a famous lawyer all over the country....i think u may know him as he is really popular....she said looking at Shekar.

Shekar who has some lawyers on his side for supporting him in illegal activities very well know about Ashok....he nodded in yes when Maya was little tensed and confused...

Smitha: so he will be witnessing now and we will decide who is siddharth's legal guardian....she said giving both the documents to Ashok.

Shekar just waited. Ashok examined both the documents and gave back Shekars document to him.

Ashok: this is not a valid adoption document...this document is only valid...he said showing the one which was given by VD...

She: what...what the hell are saying...check it properly...we adopted him from Vrindavan orphanage 9 years ago....

Ashok: then why is he living here if u are his legal guardians...

She: that's....he...he trailed off as if he say that sid ran off from their house then the matter of abuse and their illegal works will also come out....he was thinking what to say...

Maya: but how can u say that it's not valid...is that one valid...she asked pointing to the other document...

Ashok: yes...because that document only has the Indian supreme courts seal and the judge's signature....so it's valid...the document which u are having is not having any seal...u can check it....he said and shekar took the document and checked it and closed his eyes in frustration....now only he remembered that they didn't completed the adoption formalities 9 years ago as they bribed the warden...

Maya also remembered that at first they bribed the warden to adopt sid as they were planning to sell him to a elite family which was in need of a boy child in their house...but when they got sid to their house that deal was not completed and they decided to keep sid as their son itself...but due to some chaos happened back then they didn't completed the adoption formalities fully that is to submit the papers in court...and it was forgotten...

Smitha smirked at them seeing their facial expressions...

Smitha: so...Mr. vittal....now who is siddharth's legal guardian...

Ashok: definitely its Mr.Rao....

Shekar and Maya looked at them silently...as if they said anything now it will backfire to them only...

Smitha: so...thank u for ur presence here Mr. Vittal....thank u for clearing the doubts...

Ashok: it's my duty mam...if u need any help u can reach out to me anytime...he said and left from there.

VD: so....now will u go from here by urself or should I do the honour....

Maya: this is forgery....it's a crime...we will go to police...

Smitha: go ahead....if u can keep a child with u for 9 years just with a void document and to abuse him physically and above all trying to sell him so u could earn money....if it's not a crime this is not a crime...she said showing the document...

VD: yes...actually i will do the honour for u...i will call the cops...and they will decide what to happen next....

All of the opposite party got tensed hearing him.

VD: this is my first and last warning to both of u....just get lost and let him live his life....u abused him and tortured him till now...but from this minute he is my son.....if u dont want to go to jail permanently just leave him alone...

They left from there without a word after that...they cant do anything now...but they will not back out soon...they will comeback and strike at the correct time...afterall they were not ready to lose such a huge amount of money...

Smitha: they will not back out just like that bhai...we have to be careful....

VD: u are right Smitha...let's see what to do next...they should get the punishment for their deeds...they have spoiled life of many children....

Smitha: they will bhaiya....but now we have more important work than that....she said looking at the door of the room in which Abhi took sid into.....
