After what happened with Xavier and his dad at his home, and the discovering of your telekinesis, you've been quite lost in your thoughts, it's been quite overwhelming and confusing.

But Xavier wasn't scared of you, he was quite understanding, as he knew how it feels like to be scared by your own powers, once they manifest themselves.

Xavier has been contacting a few people he knew thanks to his father and you two will go to his old Highschool called Nevermore, you have your vacation at University and that's why you're both able to go there.

Even though it's just a Highschool, you thought they wouldn't be able to help you, but Xavier told you about his experience and how they were able to help the students to develop and control their powers.

You're quite excited, you wouldn't be allowed to share your room with Xavier, as he will stay there with you for that time, but the principal had made an exception since you're both adults and not adolescents anymore.

You both arrived at the room where you would be sleeping, it's not with the other dorms of the regular students, but rather on it's own, on the other side of the school. The school is really big and so old, it has to be at least 200 years old, at least that's what you suppose.

As you go inside, you look around, the furniture is mostly black and brown, there is a big window, which let's all the sun rays inside, it gives the whole room a lovely and welcoming atmosphere.

You put your suitcase on the side and sit down on one of the beds, you continue to look around as Xavier sits down with you on the bed.

"How do you feel?" He asks you carefully and puts his hand on yours, as he looks into your eyes, while his hair is touching his face.

"I think I'm fine, it's just a little bit new to be at such a magical place, I hope I will be able to use my powers with more control..." You whisper as you sigh, he continues to look at you.

"Of course! I have asked some teachers who have the same abilities to help you with it, you would meet up with them and try to stabilize your powers." He smiles at you, he just looks so lovely.

Suddendly, there is a knock on the door, and one of the teachers comes inside.

"Are you the temporary students? We should go now, Xavier can come with you." She waits until you both stand up and follow her around the hallways.

As you arrive in one of the classrooms, you look at a pile of books on the table.

You look to the teacher who just told you that you should concentrate on the books and on the intention to make them fall, Xavier puts his hand on your shoulder and looks at you.

"You can do this my muse" he whispers into your ear and you nod. You stare at the books and think about them moving, but sadly, nothing happens, even after several long minutes.

"Mh okay, so as far as I know, your powers manifest through strong emotions, maybe that's why it's not working. We will work on it later, you can leave now." The teacher leaves as they said that and you both stay in the classroom.
You seem quite sad and Xavier notices right away.

"Why am I too stupid to use this power...I don't even want it..." You're quite angry at yourself and everything, but Xavier hugs you and tries to cheer you up.

"You're not stupid and your powers are amazing, it just needs some time to gain control over them, everyone has those problems in the beginning, even those who know about their powers from the start" He smiles at you, kindly, and carefully puts his hand on your back and caresses it, it feels really nice and comforting to hear those words from him.
