Chapter 14 (battle)

Luffy

We made it to the front of the Whitebeards. "I win" I purred out  triumphantly.

"You just got lucky that's all" Ace mewed back.

Then we heard a blood screechy yul. Me and Ace darted in the camp.

In side there was cats fighting and a lot fur flying everywhere.

"Marco" Ace screeched running off to help a tabby tom stuck under a brown and white she-cat.

I was horrified, I was shaking, I've never seen something like this before.

Then I saw an old white cat with a  beard being surrounded by three other cats.

My paws moved on its own. My claws came out and I ran to aid the old one.

Before I knew it I was rolling and tossing on the ground with a  calico.

The calico ran out of the camp with its tail between its legs.

I quickly got up and whent for the cat in my line of sight.

This one was a house cat. He was big with a black sleek coat and golden hawk eyes. He also, had a blood red caller.

I tussled with him for a good few minutes till he had me pinned to the floor.

"This is so troublesome" he mewed in a calm threatening voice.

"Let me go" I hisst trying to push him off, to no avail.

"I'm sorry to say farwell" The tom growled lifting his paw really to dill the final blow.

I felt my life flash though my eyes. I thought about my brother Ace and my best friend Law. How would they react to my death.

I closed my eyes ready for the end, but it never came. Instead, I felt the tom get yanked off.

I opened my eyes to see Hawkeyes tusaling with Zoro. I turned on my stomach and sat up.

I felt a jerk of pain in my side. I had to carry on for Ace and his nakama.

After about what felt like hour's a big gray tom yelled "retweet". All the other cats followed after the gray cat.

For what felt like a for ever there was cry of victory.

The cats started moving around and taking care of there wounded.

I fell from exhaustion. I saw Ace padding over to me with some moss in his jaws.

I sat up to greet him, wincing from pain in my left shoulder.  "That looks like someone got you good" he joked putting the moss putting it on my shoulder.

I stayed as still as Ace cleaned my wound. "Geez if Zoro and Sanji hadn't come we would have been killed or chased out" a tan tabby said walking up to them.

I looked at him. "Oh my apologize my name is Marco nice to meet you Luffy" Marco purred.

"How do you know my name"

"Simple Ace won't shut up about you" A shaggy black tom said followed by a the big white cat I helped.

"Teach" Ace hisst turning away in  embarrassment. Teach and Marco both purred in amusement.

"You talk about me" I said beaming.

Ace said nothing, but with the flick of his tail told me yes.

The big white cat came up to me.

"Indeed young one, My name is Whitebeard welcome to my camp Luffy" Whitebeard said with a booming voice.
